I took advantage of the three-day weekend to travel to Hokkaido and had the "Exquisite Milk Soft Serve (450 yen)" and "Freshly Baked Blueberry Cheese Tart (270 yen)" at Kinotoya New Chitose Airport in New Chitose Airport. I went there around 3pm on the middle day of the three-day weekend, and there were about 30 people in the queue, so I had to wait quite a while. The Exquisite Milk Soft Serve is quite rich, more like a "fresh cream" soft serve than a regular soft serve. I ate one Exquisite Milk Soft Serve with a middle school boy, and one was enough for two people to be full. Maybe because it was full of fresh cream, it didn't melt easily and was a bit hard.
