PMQ in Sheung Wan High Quality Thai Food
After walking around PMQ, I tried Thai food on the ground floor
BKK🇹🇭
The decor is very characteristic, once you enter the door you see a large copper bell, TukTuk car seats, rattan woven lamp, and vinyl disc corner, many photo spots!
🍤 Prawn Grapefruit Salad
Fresh grapefruit, sandwiched with bouncy prawns, crispy coconut shreds, fried onions, sweet and sour tamarind sauce, very appetizing!
🔥Charcoal grilled Wagyu skewers
Four skewers per serving, wagyu beef with charcoal flavour, bite the gravy very juicy!
Add the Northeast sour and spicy sauce (lime + fish sauce + chili flakes), slightly spicy to enhance the flavor, and the accompanying cucumber is sour and quite refreshing!
🐟Fried whole red snapper with green mango strips
The whole fish is fried until golden brown and super crispy!
The master carefully cut the meat into pieces and fried, the fish remained tender and fresh, served with sour Mimi green mango shredded salad, not greasy at all, even the fish head and fins are eaten, recommended!
🦐 Secret Curry of Big Head Prawns
The prawns are super big, the meat is sweet and bouncy.
The curry has a super strong coconut flavour, and also has lemongrass and coriander flavour. The spiciness is just right!
🥭 Mango Coconut Glutinous Rice
Mangoes are sweet enough! The glutinous rice is hot and soft, drizzled with coconut milk, hot and cold!
🍹Thai Collins: The freshness of lemongrass + arrowroot orange leaves, sweet and sour balance is very refreshing ~
🥃Siam Basilico: Thai basil + black tea Gin, plus coconut milk and ginger, the flavor is complex and smooth, surprise!
From the environment to the food!
The chef and waiter are Thai, every dish is of high standard, it's like flying around Bangkok 💕💕
