I have always found mariott to be increasingly becoming stingy with its freebies or extras. Those things play a huge role when it comes to satisfaction. For Wenzhou this has been my spot for years. Unfortunately i always arrive at busy seasons. there seems to be a sort of lack of personalized service. I'm not saying anything majorly wrong or affects your experience a great deal. Hilton Wenchang is a fantastic hotel to escape from the hustle city. The amenities and facilities are good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Some of them can speak English. The room was clean and comfortable with a nice bathtub and a big balcony with stunning views. Regarding the exterior, there were multiple pools but some of them were under maintenance. The beach area was incredible, clear water and white sand. Hilton Wenchang is definitely a nice place to stay and relax. Had a late checkout at 1pm. •Once booking is confirmed you’ll have to fill up a google form for booking of facilities and breakfast booking. *Heard many nice reviews of this place hence I tried out, maybe it’s just not my kind of style. For this price point I felt that I could’ve stayed somewhere else* *notes on why it’s 3 stars* (ROOM) Room is not as clean, soles of the feet will be dirty or dusty. Things in the room are not the cleanest or in best condition. Shower pipe leaks water, table lamp cover has a hole. (Almost everywhere is quite dusty). (B’FAST) Breakfast is not very worth it as it’s semi buffet style, 1 main per pax (a good variety of choices tho). Uunlimited food items are like: Salad, fruits, breads, yogurt, drinks, cereal etc. Breakfast timings avail: 7&8am or 9&10am.
