Chinese Yantai Gaoliang Liquor & Wine Tasting Tips🇨🇳
✅️ | Visit to the Yantai Changyu Liquor Museum in China – Tips for Tasting Yantai Liquor & Wine
Located in Yantai, Shandong Province, China, the Changyu Liquor Museum is the first winery in China and boasts a history of over 100 years. Inside the museum, there are various ancient documents, brewing equipment, and a tasting room, making it a very attractive place for those interested in liquor culture.👏
1. Yantai Liquor Tasting Experience🍾
Yantai Liquor is a liquor with a clean yet strong aroma. Its high alcohol content may be a bit overwhelming for beginners. However, when you take a sip, the grain aroma and rich aftertaste that spreads in your mouth are impressive.
Tasting Tips❗️
▪︎Taste slowly, sip by sip. Liquor is a straight liquor, so it is important to savor the aroma in your mouth.
▪︎Drinking it with water can reduce the burden and help you enjoy the flavor of the liquor better.
▪︎Avoid on an empty stomach! Because of its high alcohol content, it is recommended to taste it after a light snack or meal.
2. Experience tasting Zhangwei wine🍷
Zhangwei wine is one of the wines famous for its high quality even in China. At the museum, you can taste various red and white wines, and you can also hear explanations about the aging method and grape varieties.
Tasting tips❗️
▪︎It is recommended to start with dry wine and then taste sweet wine in order. This way, your taste will not become dull.
▪︎If you smell the wine with your nose first and then drink it, you will feel the aroma and taste more richly.
▪︎If you ask the museum staff for recommendations, you can choose a wine that suits your taste and taste it.
3. Additional tips
▪︎English explanations may be limited, so it is recommended to prepare simple Chinese expressions or an interpretation app.
▪︎You can purchase the liquor or wine you tasted at the souvenir shop, so if there is a product you like, be sure to bring it.
▪︎After drinking, walk or take public transportation. The alcohol is quite strong!

Yantai beach with crashing waves🇨🇳
[Trip Moment Delivery.🗞️]
Let's go for a walk around Yantai Port on this trip!!✈️
🛄ㅣYantai Beach Walk🌊
Yantai Port, which I arrived at early in the morning, left a much stronger impression than I expected. When the sun was just beginning to rise, the sea was not calm. The rough waves were crashing against the harbor walls, making a loud noise, and the spray spread through the air and touched my face. Every time the cold seawater droplets touched my skin, I was so shocked!👏
Nevertheless, the rough waves added a sense of liveliness to the early morning harbor scenery. The fishermen were silently unloading their cargo from the boats in the midst of the waves, and the harbor was moving as if fighting the waves. Just looking at that scenery made my heart beat in a strange way.
The seagulls were also flying low, unable to withstand the wind, and I crouched near the breakwater and listened to the sound of the waves. It was completely different from the gentle sound of waves I usually heard. The waves that rolled in and crashed without any rules seemed to express someone's emotions, and I stood there blankly for a moment without saying anything!!
The morning at Yantai Port was not simply a 'pretty' scenery, but a scene that showed the true nature and people living in it. It was a time that left such an impression that even the rough waves remained in my memory for a long time. The port that day was beautiful and rough, and dug deep into my heart~🫠

9 Ways to Enjoy Hangzhou Yiqian Without Waiting
1. **Target the Suburban Locations!**📍
Popular city-center branches like Xintiandi and Nanjing Road often have a minimum wait time of 1 hour. However, suburban locations in Hongkou District or Pudong New Area tend to have plenty of seating available. I visited a branch in Pudong and was seated immediately!
2. Make Reservations via WeChat📲
In China, WeChat is a must-have app! Search for the branch on the app and make a reservation in advance to skip the wait when you arrive.
3. **Avoid Peak Hours!**⏰
Simply avoid the peak dinner hours of 6–8 PM. If you go before 5 PM or after 9 PM, you’re more likely to get a table right away.
4. Dining Solo? No Problem!**🙋♀️
Don’t feel self-conscious about dining alone. There are designated solo dining spots, and the staff is incredibly friendly, making it a comfortable experience.
5. No Need to Worry About the Menu!**📸
The menu features photos and numbers, so you don’t need to know Chinese. Popular dishes include lamb skewers, garlic shrimp skewers, and grilled corn!
6. Be Ready for Mobile Payments!💸
WeChat Pay or Alipay is essential! Some branches don’t accept card payments, so it’s best to set up mobile payment in advance.
7. Enjoy the Fun of Grilling Yourself🔥
You’ll grill the meat right at your table. Flip it carefully for that perfect crispy outside and juicy inside. Adjusting the heat adds to the fun!
8. Try the Irresistible Sauce Combinations!🧂
The basic sauces are great, but the combo of cilantro, chili powder, and cumin (ziran) is absolutely addictive. A must-try!
9. Don’t Skip the Side Dishes🍟
From French fries and buttered corn to refreshing noodles, the side dishes are a treat on their own. They’re worth trying!
Shanghai's Bund Night View: Oriental Pearl Tower and Huangpu River at a Glance
The Bund in Shanghai, a place where you can feel the vibes of London!
The architectural style, especially when the lights come on at night, gives off a distinct London-like atmosphere.
Right in front of you, the Huangpu River, Oriental Pearl Tower, and Shanghai Tower create a breathtaking night view. How romantic does that sound?
Shanghai, truly a futuristic city, is becoming a popular travel destination these days. Highly recommended〰️❤️
Hangzhou trip that felt too short!
Before heading to Shanghai, I spent 1 night and 2 days in Hangzhou, but the trip felt way too short. The accommodation was fantastic, there were plenty of great restaurants, and I visited West Lake with Leifeng Pagoda. Next time, I’d love to plan a longer trip to Hangzhou!
The accommodation was especially amazing! It was located inside Xixi Wetland, giving off a natural and relaxing vibe—perfect for a healing trip. If I had more time, I would have enjoyed tea on the terrace and spent some leisurely moments, but it was such a shame I couldn’t. The breakfast was also delightful, with a semi-buffet offering fresh fruits that suited my taste perfectly.
I also had a wonderful meal at the Green Tea Restaurant! The green tea pork belly and shrimp with glass noodles were absolutely delicious, and the Dongpo pork was simply the best. As a Korean, I naturally ordered steamed rice—it’s just a must for us! 😊
West Lake was so charming that I’d love to spend an entire day exploring it slowly. Hangzhou is definitely a city I want to revisit for a longer, more relaxing trip.
If you’re looking for a healing getaway, I highly recommend Hangzhou!

Shanghai: A Top City for Night Views
Shanghai is one of the top cities for night views. I've visited many places famous for their nightscapes, but I think Shanghai is the most stunning I've ever seen.

Especially if you wear an 'I Love Shanghai' T-shirt while taking photos, the pictures turn out absolutely gorgeous. So, if you're visiting Shanghai, don't miss out on exploring its night views!

Places to visit in Qingdao, China: Daehakro🇨🇳
[Trip Moment Delivery.🗞️]
Let's go to Qingdao University Road on this trip!!✈️
🛄ㅣQingdao University Road🏫
If I had to pick the most memorable place during my trip to Qingdao, it would definitely be University Road!! This street centered around Qingdao University felt like a cultural space rather than just a road.
The wide and neat street was lined with neatly planted trees, so I felt a refreshing atmosphere as I walked, and I could feel the local vitality and daily life as I saw students and citizens walking around~✌️
There were stylish cafes and small shops all over the street, so it was fun to walk around.
In particular, it was nice to sit in a quiet cafe during quiet times and read a book or spend time organizing my schedule for the day~👍
I also visited the cafe. It didn't have a particularly striking exterior, but I was drawn in by the warm lighting and calm atmosphere visible through the glass windows. The interior was cozy and quiet, and most of the guests, who seemed to be college students, were spending their time together~
I ordered an iced Americano and sat by the window. The coffee tasted great, and above all, the atmosphere was really great.
The noise on the street disappeared for a moment, and I felt calm in the scenery and soft music in front of me.👏
Rather than a tourist attraction, I thought that Qingdao University Road was a place where you can feel the breath of the city up close!!
It wasn't fancy, but it was a road that filled my heart with a gentle feeling. I think I discovered the true charm of Qingdao.
If I go to Qingdao again, I can definitely imagine myself walking down this road again~🫠

This is the hottest healing spot in the city these days, where traditional architecture and modern sensibility are in harmony along the quiet waterway.
More than anything…!
I took a boat here,
and I really thought time had stopped for that moment.
When the boat gently passed over the slowly flowing waterway,
the scenery reflected in the water was so pretty,

There are quaint stone bridges and waterways,
and traditional-style buildings,
and emotional cafes, galleries, and select shops are naturally embedded in between,
so it is the best for taking pictures and taking a walk📸
In particular, there is also a Blue Bottle Coffee shop,

Hello! This is Collection :)
Today, I'm going to introduce you honestly to **Jian Du De (點都德)**, famous for its Cantonese dim sum!
Actually... the dim sum in general was more ordinary than I thought.
I was a bit disappointed because my expectations were high,
but you really have to try at least one.
That's right...
Hong Mi Chang Fen (紅米腸粉)! 🥹✨
Chewy on the outside, hidden with crispy fried food inside,
and full of chewy shrimp inside!
When you take a bite,
the three-layered texture of chewy → crispy → chewy
makes a real party in your mouth🎉
The sauce goes well with it,
so Jian Du De really came to life with this one menu.
Even if you don't know about dim sum, you definitely have to reorder Hong Mi Chang Fen.
