First up, the shrimp cocktail, served with fresh salad greens and a special seafood sauce that adds a hint of wine aroma. Next are the oysters🦪, three plump and sweet oysters, extremely fresh, bursting with flavor at each bite.😋🥂
The crab cakes, two pieces, are soft and fluffy, packed with sweet and rich crab meat, and fried to a crispy golden brown on the outside, truly delicious.🤤
The pan-fried foie gras is a must-try👍🏻. The foie gras is cooked just right, with a slightly crispy caramelized surface and a rich flavor inside, very satisfying.😍
The suckling pig skin is roasted to a crisp, the meat is tender and juicy, and with the special sauce, the flavor is even richer.
