Each hotel, The best time to move in is half a year after opening. Pullman Yuxi opened in July last year. Just over half a year has passed, How is this hotel? 🛏＞ Rooms and facilities: The hardware is pretty good. You can see that a lot of money has been invested in the decoration of the public areas and rooms. Compared with the Sheraton Kunming and Delta Hotels by the same owner, it can be said that this hotel is better than both of them. However, the biggest flaw of Pullman Yuxi is its exterior landscape. It is surrounded by large construction sites, which ruins the lobby landscape pool and infinity pool that would have been very photogenic. There is a spiral staircase in the lobby of the public area of ​​the hotel. It is very photogenic and has attracted many guests to check in. There are two main views of the room, the skyline view (actually the construction site view) and the mountain view. Of the two views, the mountain view is better at this stage, but it is best to tell the front desk to stay away from the central water view, otherwise the waterfall will be very noisy. There is a fitness course on the hotel’s own TV channel, which is jointly launched by Pullman and Les Mills. I replied that I was on the way and would arrive in about half an hour. The reply I got was "Are you sure you want to stay? That's no problem. Sorry to bother you!" I had hundreds of questions at that time. Were they afraid that I wouldn't check in? Shouldn't the correct answer be to answer "The room is ready for you. You can check in when you arrive at the hotel" after asking, or to ask if there is any other assistance you need? 2️⃣It was already 4pm when we arrived at the hotel. The front desk replied that the room was not ready yet and we needed to wait. I suddenly understood why I was called before. When I expressed serious dissatisfaction, the manager on duty happened to hear my conversation with the front desk and asked the front desk to upgrade my room to a higher level, and only then did I get the room. 3️⃣The mini bar in the room was locked. This is the first time I see a hotel that has money but is unwilling to earn it. 4️⃣When checking out, I wanted a room card as a souvenir, which is something many hotel lovers would do. The front desk told me that the room card was 50 yuan each. Well, I don’t want it. In general, Pullman Yuxi still needs some work to do and there is still a lot of room for improvement in all aspects. Came back for a 3-night staycay because I missed the first world problem of having to think about how to spend the dining credit loot. 🤣 Their Suites are still closed but reservations kindly accommodated my request for the infamous stack 19 - yays! That double panels view still rocks! 🙆‍♀️ The room remains one of my favorites with its spacious layout, immaculate cleanliness, and but if course those White Tea toiletries. 🥶 With $100 daily dining credit + Hotelux’s usd100, it was once again time to obsess about how and where to spend it. Cook & Brew won in the end, with in-room dining quality rather dire. Also not quite up to mark was breakfast quality - selection have reduced and sadly was not something I find myself wanting to take up early for. 🎭 What was new this time was trying their 60-min Heavenly Massage at Heavenly Spa. Elites get 20% off the list price so that further sweetened the deal. It was sublime and I floated off rather knot-free 🙈 A handful of service issues muddled this stay but prompt and generous service recovery is the key to making guests feel okay - and Westin team did very well in this aspect I must say! ❤️ Now, when will I ever get to stay in the Suite?! #staycation #奢华酒店

Naumi Hotel is located in the middle of all the high rise buildings yet it can shine out as one of the most beautiful hotels of them all. From its superb services to its facilities and design, its one of the best staycation I’ve ever been to. I didn’t regret choosing it as the extension of our anniversary and truly enjoyed my stay there even though they do offer checkouts, we were scheduled to check in to our next hotel. Their infinity pool may not seem very majestic compared to the super high rises hotels but it still does offer a very unique view of CBD. This is one of the least known Pan Pacific hotels; the Pan Pacific Serviced Suites at Beach Road. Address: Singapore Beach Road, 7500B, 199592 It has a lot of facilities in the room, such as the ironing board, washing machine and dryer, microwave and roast oven which many hotels don’t provide. The room is spacious for a room for 2, separated into living room with TV as well as the huge bedroom that has another TV too! Gym facilities and the swimming pool, yes, swimming pool is infinity pool with good view of our Singapore flyer. However, due to safety measures, need to book as usual and limited to 1 hour. My very first visit to MBS and was given an option to choose between Garden By The Bay view or the city view so as a flower lover, I chose to be nearer to nature. I fell in love with the bathtub at first sight and I spent quite some time in there soaking in our self made bubble bath. MBS hotel is very eco-friendly like most 5* hotels out there; if you opened up the slide door and enter your balcony, the aircon will be turned off automatically, this is to save electrical wastage. Now onto the most fun part of the whole stay! Usually when I visit the hotel I like to stay in the room and enjoy but this is an exception, I made sure I booked the swimming pools at different timing through my 3 days 2 nights stay here so I can enjoy different views of the infinity pool. I find this concept very interesting and new to me! Highlights - Check out the images, they are all unfiltered snapped on my iPhone 12 Pro Max and they certainly have a lot to speak for it’s own. Views are astonishing despite the rain or darkness. Best viewed with your eyes! Avg. Price per Person - Definitely worth the money at around $200 per night! My package includes free snacks too! Rating - I have nothing to complain about despite being one who likes to do so often! From the moment I stepped in, the customer/hotel staff relationship has begun and I’m glad that they’ve valued me as a resident! 2 nights stay in MBS during Singapore's heightened alert phase 2 with limited hours in the infinity pool but still definitely enjoy my stay with the bathtubs. It was my second stay here and I enjoyed it definitely despite having limited fun on both trips. The Hotel provides super top notched services that makes them standout from the rest of the 5stars hotels. The fast response, good food, good view and warm welcome whenever you enter the gantry from the lift lobby. We were separated by 3 different categories in the Pool to minimise cross-contact so we kinda have to book and enter different sections at different timing yet only allowed once a day. The closest MRT is at Orchard, but you’ll need to walk about five minutes to the hotel along an unsheltered road. While there’s a bus stop just outside the hotel, it’s on the opposite side of the road, and you’ll have to carry your baggage up the overhead bridge, or backtrack to the traffic junction at Wheelock and double back. The room is blessed with abundant natural light, and the beautiful carpets help further exaggerate the effect. A full height Peranakan mural wall is a standard feature in each room, comprising a sampling of traditional tiles set against a baby blue backdrop. The bedroom itself was spacious but pretty basic with the bed located squarely in the middle of the room. Buggy services are available to travel to and fro from the main lobby to your room. 3 Pools To Choose Sky Pool looks pretty good at night, Dream Pool is nicer in the morning, quite one of kind too. Remember to book it after you check in. Larkhill pool is exclusive for couple suite n above. Food wise, you can either take a shuttle to Vivo and buy back or order food delivery. Do note that certain bikes will not be allowed to enter into Sentosa, some visitors had to walk to the Sentosa Gantry to pick up their food. (rmb to leave a note in your order) also! Remember to bring some mosquito/insect repellents if you intend to move around the resort. Room is very modern and clean. Very comfortable bed and pillow. Nice view of kl city. Bathtub and toilet was very enjoyable together with bath salts ! The roof top bar, Blue, is a great place to catch some of KL's best live music acts. The venue is intimate and cosy. On top of that you get to see one of the best panoramic view of the city.

it’s been nearly 7 years living on this island I came here as a teenager but now I’m a young adult . I must say this island is developing day by day . New buildings are being built and new joints are opening. Which is making Sanya an outstanding touristic destination. I captured these moments (Casablanca theme ) in a small neighborhood in Houhai . That side of Houhai is not yet famous like the sea side but it’s a “vibe” . I would highly recommend anyone visiting Sanya to spend a few hours in Houhai before going back to your city . It has a typical island atmosphere and you stand a good chance to meet/talk to other tourists/locals and broaden your mind/ connections. Above all you get to capture BOMB 🔥exotic content 😅 . #infinitypool #staycation #奢华酒店 JW Marriott is a classy hotel located at beach road. There is two pool at the hotel, one lap pool at Level 6 (which is currently closed) and another pool on level 18. The pool at level 18 include a small jacuzzi section and there are a lot of different seating area on that level. The gym is also located on the same level. The space in the gym is quite big and has different equipment for usage. You will also find a billiard table as well as a ping pong ball table there on the same floor. As it is located on a high floor, it tend to be very chilly and windy at most times. The pool is more for instagram shots rather than for serious swimming. I did saw quite a lot of people having business meeting at some of the sitting area on that floor. Do check out the pool.

The hotel has a infinity pool with lovely view of the surrounding area (you can catch a glimpse of Marina Bay Sands as well as the cruise ship at the cruise centre in the far distance). There is also a pool side bar which is currently closed due to Covid. There is also a few jacuzzi seat inside the pool. In addition, hotel guest get access to the wet lounge (separate by gender) which include a steam room as well as a hot jacuzzi pool. One can relax for a while inside the hot jacuzzi pool and see the Chinatown view from inside the pool. This is also one of the hotter jacuzzi pool among the various Marriott group hotels wet lounge. Did the signature massage which was relaxing and helped to ease the sore muscles and tension. The masseuse was professional and I had a lovely chat with her. After the massage treatment, I was then shown to a relaxation room with a few massage chairs to relax. was also served a ginger tea. The massage chair has various setting which you can adjust and you can also see the view of the shopping arcade in South Beach. In addition, the spa has a gender separate lounge area which include a steam room, sauna and hot jacuzzi pool as well as showers and toilets. As there was no other guest, I had the whole facility to myself and enjoyed trying out the various facilities in side the spa lounge on my own time. It was a enjoyable and relaxing spa massage experience. Do try it out if you have the chance.

Both toilets come with bidet and you can control the temperature setting too. The hotel has a swimming pool with jacuzzi as well as a gym on level 18. There is also a lot of different sitting area on level 18 for guests to relax (it is quite windy most of the time). Wineglass Bay Lookout is a 3km return hike located in Freycinet National Park Tasmania. The closest town is Coles Bay, where we were staying for 2 nights. Of course, there are much more to do than a simple walk around Wineglass Bay. You can do a short 10 minutes walk, 2 hours walk, half a day walk, kayaking, overnight walk, scenic drive, rock climbing, fishing etc. The hike to the national park is not free. There’s a self-paying box outside the park. We put in $24 per car (up to 8 people). We did a 1.5 hours return walk to Wineglass Bay Lookout. The perfect choice of flower to name this contemporary lifestyle space, the Orchid, being the iconic flower of our city-state Singapore, is portrayed in pure white. The stark black and white interior of this villa is excellent for displaying art and artefacts. Starting with a white accented black contemporary carpet placed at the entrance, it is contrasted with highly polished stainless side tables. Completing this first impression is a stunning black and white sculpture. In the dining area, a series of three black ceramic vases with their delicate white orchids points directly to the 18th century antique wooden "naga" finials standing proudly against the window. The main artistic feature of the room is Vibrant Renewal by Eric Chan. there are only three Garden Wing One-Bedroom Suites in the Shangri-La Hotel, Singapore and the one that I was assigned to on this stay is actually slightly special (and relatively larger). Located in the beautiful and lush Garden Wing, the One-Bedroom Suites are typically 81 sqm in size and it comes with an expansive Bougainvillea-laden balcony where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air. Previously, booking the Garden Wing One-Bedroom Suite will give you access to the Horizon Club Lounge (located in the Tower Wing) as with the full range of privileges but since the Tower Wing is currently closed off to staycation-goers, you will not be able to enjoy this for the time being. St Regis is one of the classic hotels along Orchard Road. Built in the early 2000s, it was where Donald Trump stayed when he met Kim Jong Un in Singapore. Don’t get me wrong, it is overall a very comfortable choice. However, it was a rather uninspiring hotel which has not been majorly renovated since it’s inception. Not one I would be craving to return to. The St Regis suite was the smallest available and boasted separate living room, huge toilet with standalone bathtub and bedroom. Definitely enough space for the family to spread out. Butler service was prompt and hot chocolates delivered without drama (**NOTE: Butler service are now reduced to 11am-4pm daily, which is a significant downgrade). BOO to no suite this time but my Club Deluxe Marina room was plenty enough space to be honest. Impeccably maintained and perfectly luxurious, the space was as gorgeous as I remembered. And but of course, soaking in their iconic bathtub is a must complete with my fav purple Asprey amenities. The limousine service and garment pressing was really just because why not, even though I didn’t really need them. Spectacular service, endless Brut & Rose, gorgeous meals, strong coffee, atas club. What more can one ask for in a staycation. 💗

Having stayed at so many butler services, the Londoner's Garden is really unbeatable, with a sense of detail. Privacy is great and there is a car pick-up or drop-off for travel. Stayed here for 3 days 2 nights and I'm extremely impressed with the interior design of the room, the lobby, dining area and the bathroom. The bathtub is pretty and comfy but it is not kid and elderly friendly as there is no handle on the side to get up. Bathroom can be slippery when the floor is wet as the floor is made of barbles. The bed is very comfy and soft.
