Women must dress appropriately. If not, there will be sarongs for us to rent. When we got there, we went to buy a bell to hang. Women are not allowed to go near the pagoda. After praying, we asked our guide and friend to hang it for us instead. The atmosphere while walking up was very beautiful. There was light fog. There were Burmese children who helped carry our bags or found things to sell to us. There were so many that we had to buy some. That trip was fun, exciting, and showed the faith of the people there. After typing this, I really wanted to go again. If anyone has the chance, you shouldn't miss this place.
