BKK Staycation ชวนแก๊งเพื่อนตะลุยย่านราชเทวี💥
⭐️ This trip, we wanted to go sightseeing in the city with our friends, so we had the opportunity to staycation without using a private car.
Since we wanted to drink and each place we went to
was in the alleys, we decided to use public transportation.
The result was super tiring but fun.
✴️ DAY 001 — Meet friends at Victory Monument, eat boat noodles, and walk around this area a bit. 10 years ago, I came here often, to be honest, it's not much different from before, it's even more shabby 😅 Then we took the BTS to Ratchawithi.
— STOCKROOM, a secret location cafe, get off at Coco Walk, walk towards Hollywood, walk into Soi Doi Kham and keep going straight. Enter the alley on the right, you'll find a cute hidden cafe. I recommend opening GG Maps.
— Walk back to BTS, cross the street to Bed Station Hostel, check in to our accommodation today. This time, we chose to book a hostel because this hostel has a 4-Bed Mixed Dormitory room. There are 4 of us, so we pressed 4 beds, which means we took over this room, sleeping together with just our friends, no one else.
— After taking a nap and resting We took the BTS back to Anusawari and got off at the Century side because we were going to eat Eat Am Are, Century before continuing to Saxophone Pub & Restaurant, a jazz pub with good music and delicious food. Or you can go to other restaurants, whichever is more convenient. After finishing here, we walked back, about 2 kilometers. At first, we thought we would take a taxi, but we walked and walked until we reached the accommodation. 🤣✴️ DAY 002
—Woke up to eat breakfast that the hostel provided, some cereal, milk, toast, but ended up walking to 7-Eleven.
Walked only 20 steps, super chill.
—Checked out and opened the map to walk around.
To the Galile Oasis project, if you can't handle it, call Grab.
It will be less tiring. Take what's convenient.
—Started by eating delicious fish and chips at Fishmonger, read books at SPACEBAR ZINE by Spacebar Design Studio, and got caffeine at Piccolo Vicolo Café. All of this is in the Galile Oasis project, all in one place.
—Walked through the community and crossed the canal to
Jim Thompson House Art Gallery We went to the place where the William Warren Library is, not the Jim Thompson House that has an entrance fee.
— Walk a little further and you will find LIBI HOME (Libi Home). Here, there are both drinks and food. Stop to rest before ending at BACC, Bangkok Art and Culture Centre, and then go home separately. There are so many activities. P.S. Adjust your plan to suit yourself because there are many interesting cafes and restaurants in the area where we went.
