Nine unique hot pot broths, each made with authentic ingredients, are available, along with two limited-time new broths. The Smart Squid Shacha Hotpot uses a shacha sauce and sesame paste base, slowly simmered with a variety of ingredients including sakura shrimp, squid, clams, and pork belly. Shredded bonito flakes and chives are then added for a rich and flavorful dish. The Healthy Mushroom Chicken Hotpot is slow-cooked with a variety of mushrooms (golden oyster mushrooms, Acanthopanax, velvet antler mushrooms, white jade mushrooms, and black fungus) and free-range chicken. Fresh cordyceps, red oyster mushrooms, and longan are also added, resulting in a nourishing, warm, and sweet dish!

The American SRF Super Black Beef boasts rich marbling and a rich, meaty flavor. The Angus short ribs offer a more concentrated beef flavor and delicate texture.
