During our drive to the Matanuska Glacier for the Glacier Tour, we found ourselves compelled to stop at each viewpoint along the road to capture moments with the scenic view of the river. So unbe-leaf-able! My friends and I visited the riverwalk third week of October. This is our first-ever real fall experience and we were in awe the whole time. It was a chilly the but the views were gorgeous. These photos don’t give justice at all. You can't possibly capture the essence of what I’ve seen on film. This Riverwalk is awesome. It’s so calm and peaceful. A great place for solitude. It’s also great for families, couples, walking your dogs, getting in your walk, or a simple reflection. This would be a great place to have a picnic lunch or dinner too. There are a few benches to sit under these colorful trees. Definitely a must visit place at the right season. P.S. Gushan Road is a picturesque road located in the West Lake scenic area. The road is lined with maple trees which attracts lots of tourists during fall in the city. Every corner looks stunning! The paddy fields in Zhinan village were defo the highlight of my fall this year. They’re located right at the entrance of the village surrounded by many viewpoints for tourists. Germany‘s autumn season is like a painters‘ canvass! Going to the Taunus mountain by car to hunt for mushrooms and get some clean fresh air were such fun things to do! Taunus mountain is near Frankfurt and very popular among people around the area for hiking on all seasons, sledding in winter and strolling in summer. Taking a daily walk after work through these beautiful view relaxed and calmed my tired body. Hunting for mushrooms is one of my favourite past time on the weekend! Finding one of the expensive mushrooms solved my dinner! The pictures were mostly taken near Frankfurt and some were from different parts of Europe during my autumn break. Looking at the colourful leaves on a warm, sunny autumn day was like a special treat! Listening to the sounds of the trees that were dancing with the wind was a form of healing that calmed my mind which was exhausted from a week of work. Catching the falling leaves was very entertaining that made one became more competitive of winning the golden prize😅 The one who first caught a leaf won the game and the prize was a pat on the back for doing a great job 😂 I thought Autumn season is not that bad! On a fall weekend getaway in Zhinan, the one and only coffee shop of the village was so lovely 🍁 It’s at the very beginning of the village and is beautifully decorated with maple leaves in and out! The outdoor seats have a gorgeous view on the mountains ⛰️ It’s also a small business shop where you can buy tea, cute notebooks and a bunch of handmade products such as jewellery, Chinese fans, scarfs etc… Most of the souvenirs are Maple leaf themed with surprisingly, very affordable prices. I bought a handmade Chinese fan, a ring and a pair of earrings for 148¥. There’s coffee and tea with prices ranging from 20 -38¥. I had the wind leaf latte while my friend had the americano in the morning and white tea in the afternoon. They were all good 😊 The shop owners were so friendly and welcoming 🧡 Highly recommended checking it out! #celebratewithtrip To reach Zugspitze, it is more convenient to start at Garmisch-Partenkirchen Zugspitze station. You can leave your car at the station for a 5€ parking fee for the whole day. The ticket cost 63€ which include the train ride up to the summit. The price is worth it! Going up to Zugspitze from Garmisch-Partenkirchen, I was taking these pictures while we were on the train (Zahnradbahn) on our way to Zugspitze. The view were so beautiful that reminded me of some movie. It was so calming looking at the scenery outside the window. The Lake Eibsee caught my attention! The turquoise water was so inviting! The lake looked like a priceless jewel that was inside a jewelry box! The train drive up was an ultimate experience. The nature was amazingly beautiful! When we reached the top, we were met by a breathtaking view and nature! I was speechless and just enjoyed the beauty that only the nature can give! #fallingforfall Relaxing at this beautiful and quiet Bernus Park in Frankfurt while looking at the passers-by, parents with their children, the gardeners, the birds and the dog owners walking their dogs, it feels like I am watching a Hollywood movie in which the scene was in a park. I imagine that Hugh Grant and Julia Roberts were there sitting on a bench just like in the the Notting Hill 😊 The park was really quiet because maybe it was past lunch and most of the people were at work and the kids were at school or at Kindergarten. I enjoyed the time sitting there, looking at the beautiful and colorful tress that were in front of me. Bernus Park was part of the garden of the von Bernus family when they lived in Frankfurt. There is still the old bridge and the pond which belonged to the garden before. As the name hints, the view from this café is what makes it the perfect for sipping coffee while admiring the beauty of fall from above, tucked on one of the hilly roads around West Lake. We were desperate for coffee and ended up there after a 15-20 mins walk from Manjuelong. The ambiance is quiet and peaceful 🌿. It wasn’t the cheapest coffee ever as you’re defo paying for the ambiance and the view. My oat latte was 68¥ and my friend’s coffee topped with a scoop of ice cream was 50¥ which are rather pricey!
