A trip to Italy that made me feel the charm of small cities❤️
#EuropeanTravel
If you are traveling to Italy, I recommend visiting the small towns nearby, in addition to the capital or famous cities.
Small towns have their own charm, and the small towns in the central Tuscany region make you feel like you are in a medieval city.
Siena, about an hour away from Florence, is a relatively large city, but it is a really cool place with a large cathedral, the view of the Piazza del Campo, and the castle and buildings built on the cliff!
It is a UNESCO World Heritage site, so it is fun to visit.
It is also famous for leather, so you can buy leather and souvenirs at a slightly cheaper price than the capital, so be sure to stop by.

Siena’s Beautiful Gothic Cathedral 😍
Incredibly stunning cathedral in Siena. The exterior of the cathedral is beautiful, elegant, and pretty impressive. ❤️
I didn’t have a lot of time in Siena, and did not manage to go inside of the cathedral, which was a pity.
It’s also located not too far from the main piazza.

Siena
At the recommendation of my airbnb host, I took a day trip to Siena via train from Florence. Siena is a lesser known Italian city, but strolling around, I found architecture, history, and art from the Roman Empire, the Middle Ages, and the Renaissance period. One day was enough to cover major sites like the Piazza del Campo, Palazzo Salimbeni, and Siena Cathedral, but I think two days would have been more ideal to explore more of the museums, history, and art in this lovely city.

Gorgeous and exquisite, stunning | Must-visit Siena Cathedral in Italy
The 💛Siena Cathedral in Siena, central Italy, has a gorgeous exterior, and the interior’s black and white horizontal striped columns and marble puzzle floor are stunning. There are many works of art masters inside the church, including statues of Michelangelo, Bernini and Donatello.

Italy 🇮🇹|Siena delicious ice cream shop, Siena Cathedral
This year is a very lucky and happy year to be able to travel to Italy at the end of April
The sun in Italy doesn't set until 8pm
The time to take photos is long👍👍👍
Taiwan is 6 hours ahead of Italy✔️
The temperature difference between morning and evening is large in the season from April to May❗️
Hot in the afternoon, slightly cool at night
Once again, there is a famous ice cream shop in Siena that is much better than the one in Taiwan🤣🤣🤣
I won't buy FamilyMart ice cream anymore 😂
I can tell you with certainty
You can't go back after eating Italian ice cream😂😂😂
The most recommended local pistachio flavor is very authentic~
We ordered two drinks, 6.5 euros each, a total of 13 euros
But it didn't disappoint at all, it was super delicious❗️❗️❗️
I really like Siena's Cathedral, with its magnificent walls and round blue mirrors. It is a Gothic building with traces of Catholicism everywhere.
I took many photos of different cathedrals in this scene. This is my favorite attraction in Siena❗️
Currently, I have seen rose parties, lucky bracelet parties, and feeding pigeons also require fees. Italy is a major tourist country in the world, but you still have to be careful of thieves❗️❗️
But Italians think feeding pigeons is nothing.
I am willing to buy from people who sell feed.
There are many tourists from all over the world in Italy (just look at the photos to see how many people there are 🤣🤣)
Please be sure to carry all valuables in your bag inside your coat👍
And don't be alone, walk with your travel companions to prevent accidents❗️

Siena Italy beautiful 🗺️🇮🇹
#summerdestinations
I just got back from a summer vacation in Siena, Italy, and it was absolutely magical! This medieval city, with its charming cobblestone streets and stunning architecture, really took my breath away. I started my visit at the Piazza del Campo, where the famous Palio horse race takes place. The square is free to explore and is surrounded by beautiful historic buildings.
I also toured the Siena Cathedral, which had an entrance fee of €8. The intricate design and stunning frescoes were worth every euro. Nearby, the Santa Maria della Scala museum offers a glimpse into Siena’s history for €9. The nearby Torre del Mangia, with its €10 entrance fee, provided an amazing panoramic view of the city and the surrounding Tuscan countryside.
Siena is a perfect blend of history, art, and Tuscan charm—an unforgettable summer escape! 🌟🏛️ #trip #Siena #TuscanBeauty #HistoricCity #ItalyAdventures #CulturalJourney
