The food we had was good. In my opinion, steamed crabs would be better if they add some sauce not just literal steamed. Highlights - This restaurant offers Filipino food so expect for "lechon" roasted pig, seafood and grilled dishes. Avg. Casa Gorordo is a house museum located in the historic Parian area. The entrance fee is only 100.00 pesos and the tour guide is for only 150.00. During our visit we didn’t avail the tour guide instead they provided us with a tablet. The tablet is used as information guide for every station of the house museum. The house is already rehabilitated but the historical feeling/features is still in there. We are very amazed to see the lifestyle of the family and the Cebuano culture the ancestral house showcased. After the tour we checked out to their Casa Gorordo Museum Shop for some souvenirs. They also offer local coffee at the museum by Bo’s Coffee, you can hangout there until 7pm. SM Seaside City Cebu also offers FREE and safe parking spaces for all types of vehicles. Did you know that you can get here for free? Yes, that's absolutely possible. Take a free MyBus ride from/to BDO Fuente Osmena from 8:20 am to 10:00pm. Other MyBus rides are also available from SM City Cebu, Talisay, Mandaue City, and Parkmall. How convenient! This is a shopping mall so expect for many options of shops, restaurants, cafés and more. It's pretty big so I usually get lost. There's always someone you can ask though. SM Seaside Skypark is my favorite area. It's quite and you can chill. You can check it out. But probably depends on the day. Weekdays must be better. Kawasan falls is located at cebu philippines. Where the water is light blue color. I really love this place. Very different and there are many things to do here. Before to reach there, you have to ride a single motorcycle going to the top of the mountain. Then walk for 10 mins going to the stream. Or do zipline for some adrenaline rush. Was so ecstatic to visit Cebu Safari. Seeing all the animals of different species unleashed the “inner child” in me! I was over the moon to see all the animals especially the giraffes! Also glad to have seen llamas in person and be up close with them. The bird show was fun as well. Undeniably, Starbucks is a top go-to café anywhere in the world (for as long as there’s a Starbucks branch, of course 😅). In our recent trip to Cebu City, we happened to drop by at Cebu IT Park and voila, we were surprised to see the newest Starbucks store located at Ayala Central Bloc. I just found out that this branch is one of the nine Starbucks Reserve stores in our country! (does that mean we have to visit the other eight? haha) According to Esquire Magazine, “Starbucks Reserve elevates the coffeehouse experience. Just a quick escape/vacation in Cebu City over the weekend only! The Queen of the South. Upon arriving in Mactan Airport, given that we only had less than 24hrs to stay in this beautiful City. From airport, we get a taxi to our hotel just a quick freshen up and we are good to explore some places in Cebu.First we went to Magellan Cross took some photos, we originally planned to visit the Church beside the Magellan Cross but we are not allowed to enter since we are not wearing a proper dress code (a short and shirt cause its really hot there and we want to wear a comfy outfit) but if you are a guy wearing a jersey shorts or any kind of shorts you are okay to enter. There is no entrance fee. We just only took a metered taxi but if you plan to explore more outside the City like we did, we asked our taxi driver if we can rent his cab, he agreed on it and renting a cab typically ranging to P2,000-P2,500. Excluded the entrance and parking fee of the taxi). First we went to “Temple of Leah” at least 30-45mins of travel from the city. entrance fee is P150 parking fee is P50, I enjoyed the 360 degrees view of the city, there’s also a little museum with lots of antiques/antics furniture or paintings, a beautiful structure with a greek inspired architecture, this is a private property wherein the man owner built this just a memorial to his wife. Just amazing place! After that we went to “Tops Cebu” at least 10-15mins ride from Temple of Leah, entrance fee is P100 and the parking is P50. great structure still on going some renovations. Also love the view, like on right side you can see the Cebu City and on left side you can see the beautiful mountain views! Great with sunset view also and lots of restaurant (some are pricey in my opinion) after that for dinner time we went back to city in Larsian Cebu , if you are looking for some grilled, barbecue pork, chicken, seafood. This is the place you are looking for. There are still other varieties of food they can offer too. No entrance fee and good price and a meal plus with a live session band also that you can enjoy. All in all, In a short time I fell in love with Cebu City. people are amazing, helpful and accommodating. The Sentral Club is popular go-to club and conveniently easy to locate as it is right on the street of AS Fortuna, Mandaue City. A definitely must-go party in Cebu! Table is optional to enter and definitely NO ENTRANCE FEE! As for us, we just stood near the bar and didn’t get a table as we would really want to be in the crowd than just sit and get drunk. They open from 9PM-4AM. We got there by 10:30 and still not much people around. If your purpose is to not spend much and ready to have fun quickly, best time to arrive is at 11:30pm. Their drinks are a lil pricey but you can also for san mig light which is ₱150/bottle. Rest assured, most of the people wears nice party clothes so make sure to wear one as well!
