A coffee lover’s paradise!🇩🇪☕️ Berlin “Bonanza”
Introducing the cafe “Bonanza” located in Berlin :)
Bonanza is already famous as a must-visit cafe when you go to Berlin! I visited it because of that, and I was really satisfied with the atmosphere and coffee🗯️
When I went, there weren’t many people, so other people were just using their laptops or enjoying themselves leisurely! There aren’t many seats, so if you go on the weekend, there might be times when there aren’t any seats🥹 Also, there are several branches of Bonanza, so it would be good to visit them according to your schedule!
If you go to Berlin, be sure to visit them!ఇ

Nivea Haus is a special place where you can not only see Nivea products but also feel Nivea’s brand, history, and philosophy.🌀 This place is also an iconic building in Berlin!
There were many things to see and I think it was even better because I could try and buy various Nivea products myself.🤍 If you are a regular Nivea fan, this is a place you will like even more. I also bought a few souvenirs!

🇩🇪Berlin, a city where you can truly feel the German sensibility, and the romantic Berliner Dom🇩🇪

Warm Berlin, Berliner Dom🇩🇪
Berlin, a city I've vaguely wanted to visit since I was young. When I actually went there, it was better than I thought. In particular, Berliner Dom is a must-see. If you go up to the top, you can see the whole of Berlin at a glance. (Reserve tickets in advance.) It's best to go during sunset.
Berlin was a warmer city than I thought. I remember the leisurely days spent in the Rust Garden and Innenstadt Park in front of the Dom. How about a trip to Berlin next year?!

Review of the Berlin Philharmonic Concert _ Inside the Philharmonic Hall
I watched the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra performance on October 19th.
I still feel the afterglow of the emotion, so I feel goosebumps while writing this post.
After the performance, conductor Sakari Oramo is receiving applause.
If you go to Berlin, Germany, a Philharmonic performance is a must-see.
The Berlin Philharmonic is located close to Potsdamer Platz, right next to the Sony Center.
It is the main part of the Culture Forum, where art performance halls are gathered, and there is a bus stop attached to it.
You can reserve performances on the website, and they are much cheaper than in Korea.
If there are no performances, please visit Trip.com, which sells tickets for an inside tour~

Berlin Mitte District Tea Specialty Shop P&T.
Located in the Mitte district, the tea specialty store P&T showcased a variety of colors right from the entrance!
There were two types of tea available for tasting, and as soon as I entered, the staff kindly offered me a sample.
No need to worry if you're not familiar with tea. Just tell the staff your preferred type and taste, and they will recommend a good tea for you and let you smell it.
The staff's friendliness, which comes from their joy in introducing their favorite teas, made the experience pleasant. Additionally, the wide range of non-caffeinated teas was a great plus.
It's also fun to discover tea names related to Berlin. You might want to search for the tea names' regions on Google Maps or visit them in person.
If you want to learn about unforgettable history, visit the Jewish Museum Berlin.
The Jewish Museum Berlin gives the impression of being made up of zigzagging diagonal lines.
At first, I thought this building had an entrance, but it turned out there was no entrance, only windows.
Just by looking at this, it reminds one of the concentration camps where Jews were massacred and the Holocaust, making it a meaningful place.
The Memory Void exhibition, symbolizing the murdered Jews with iron faces laid on the ground, surrounded by high walls and leading to a dark point, is something I still cannot forget.

Remnants of the Berlin Wall, [East Side Gallery]
The 'East Side Gallery' located in Berlin
is the world's largest open-air gallery, measuring 1316m in length.
After the unification of East and West Germany, 118 artists from 21 countries drew 105 paintings on the wall with messages of peace, harmony, and opposition to war to commemorate the fall of the wall. They turned the wall that divided the country into a symbol of hope and freedom!
Since our Korea is also a divided country,
I was able to appreciate the works with a deeper empathy
And that such a thin wall was dividing the country.
Can you believe it?

Berlin, Germany | One of the top 3 cafes in Berlin, ‘Bonanza Coffee Roasters’
Visiting cafes frequented by Berliners is also a fun part of traveling. There are many cafes in Berlin, and Bonanza Coffee is a famous cafe that you can taste in Korea.
Espresso is delicious, of course, but latte with milk is also excellent. The cutely placed Korean bathroom sign adds to the charm of this cafe.
The cafe has a fancy atmosphere, and there is no Wi-Fi inside. You can see Berliners spending time even on weekday afternoons.

Berlin, Germany | East Side Gallery, Berlin Wall Decorated by Street Artists
Since the fall of the Berlin Wall, the remaining Berlin Wall has become a symbol of peace and harmony in itself.
Right here at the East Site Gallery, many street artists are painting their works on the Berlin Wall, conveying messages of peace and harmony.
I visited early in the morning, so there were few people, and I spent my time leisurely appreciating each piece.
In addition to the famous Kiss painting, there are many other works, so I hope you visit and see them.

Berlin, Germany | ‘Checkpoint Charlie’, a famous place with a history of war
Germany, which was divided into East Germany and West Germany after World War II. The historical traces remain all over the city. Among them, Checkpoint Charlie, which was located at the dividing line between East and West Germany, is a place that gives a different feeling.
On one side are the faces of American soldiers, and on the other side are the faces of the other side. It is a place where you can fully understand what this place was like in the past.
It is a good place to visit while walking down the street, and it is accessible because you can walk to Potsdamer Platz.

[Germany] Freitag, one of the must-visit places in Berlin🛍
📍Freitag Berlin (Max-Beer-Straße 3, 10119 Berlin, Germany)
If you've always been interested in Freitag bags,
Freitag is a must-visit during your trip to Berlin🤭
The Berlin store has a lot more products than Korea, and you can buy them cheaper than in Korea with tax refunds!
I didn't find the color I wanted, so I just bought a wallet and came back, but now that I look back, I regret it so much...😓
Only colorful Freitag bags are on display, but somehow the store has a hip atmosphere🤟🏻
It was the end of December, and many people came to buy them as year-end gifts!
It's not too far from the city center, so it's easy to get there on foot👍🏻

Berlin Museum Island Tour🧐
Museum Island, where Berlin's famous museums are gathered!
Depending on how fast you can see things, I recommend spending about two days to see them! I quickly visited all five places in one day due to my schedule, but it was a bit disappointing and it was really hard. ㅋㅋㅋ
There are a total of five museums on Museum Island!
1. Old Museum (Greek and Roman art)
2. New Museum (Egyptian art)
3. National Gallery (19th century paintings, sculptures)
4. Bode Museum (sculptures, Byzantine art)
5. Pergamon Museum (Mesopotamian, Greek ruins)
The representative photo is the Old Museum!
If I go again, I want to visit the Bode Museum first☺

The Berlin Wall
The Berlin Wall is a must-see when you go to Berlin!
I was envious of the fact that the Berlin Wall, which used to divide East and West Germany, has now become a tourist attraction and picnic spot.

Berlin ‘Jewish Museum’
It was a place where I could think a lot.
I feel ashamed that I lived without knowing about Hitler's atrocities and the suffering of many people due to them even though I knew about them through the media.
The Jewish Museum is not just a place you should visit if you go to Berlin. It is a place where the pain of these people is contained in the materials used in the museum's structure and the slope of the architecture.

📍Freitag (Max-Beer-Straße 3, 10119 Berlin, Germany)
This is the Berlin Freitag that I visited during my trip to Europe two years ago in the winter!
It is located in the Mitte district and is said to have 3 floors, but it is not very big.
Freitag in Berlin is much cheaper than the official price in Korea, so it is one of the places you must visit if you are thinking of buying something!
I also visited Freitag because I wanted it for a long time, but...
It didn't have the color combination I liked • ᴗ •̥ ˳ ˳
(But now I regret buying anything)
If you are lucky, this is a place where you can get a pretty friend for cheap!

베를린 ‘House of small wonder’
A place that Korean ladies I met by chance at Geha took me to.
It was a brunch place run by a Japanese owner.
There was a bit of a wait despite the early hour.
The Japanese atmosphere was evident in the interior and the food.
Since Eggs Benedict came with wasabi sauce••
It was delicious, and the portion was just right to eat with warm coffee.
