You need to grill it yourself there will be egg liquid and oil on both sides of the pot. You can throw in the included side dishes for frying in the oil place, but the side dishes are a bit ordinary. Beef and pork are grilled on different grill pans. Basically, seasoned beef is more delicious because it has been marinated, and the meat is soft and tender. There was a Chinese and English menu. The biggest Korean bbq place I have seen and visited. There are 2 floors, god knows how many rooms this place has. I mean it even has an elevator for the second floor, an elevator in one korean bbq place! There are a lot of side dishes and they refill the lettuce and sesame leaves when needed. The pork belly and collar were both very good. Overall, it's a place with fast service with really good food but high prices and the staff can speak english. The Maple tree house is located in the center of itaewon. And i think it is one of the best places to have the Korean barbeque experience. The prices can seem slightly expensive. We went without a reservation during the lunch hour and was able to get seated right away. Not all of the servers spoke English well, but the menu has English translations. We ordered several things to be shared by 3 of us. I ordered the maple bulgogi set lunch special, the premium Korean aged beef strip loin and the Jeju Korean black pork belly. With the addition of banchan, I definitely over-ordered, but everything tasted so good, and the prices were reasonable for the amount of food that I got.
