The staff is also cute. This shop has 2 branches. We like to go to the People's Square branch. 🌟% Arabrica Rockbund branch For those who are addicted to coffee, Shanghai is the best! There are so many coffee shops!!! We recommend this branch because the baristas, oops, the staffs give good advice. Plus, we can walk around and take pictures in the Rockbund area. So beautiful!!! 🌟The Upper Room, a secret bar, really secret, really secret, but the view is so beautiful!!! Delicious beer The shop is on the 7th floor of Z Hotel. It opens at 5:00 PM. You can't take the elevator before you get there 🤣 And I recommend adding the shop's WeChat before you get there. If you message the shop, someone will press the elevator for you. 🌟 Kanpai Yakiniku This shop is in the Xintiandi area. Those who love meat must try it. The meat is very good. The atmosphere of the shop is also very good. The staff are very cute. 🌟 Dumpling shop Actually, the dumpling shop in the picture is sold everywhere on the walking street. I like it very much. The little ones are bite-sized. Dip them in the shop's chili. Delicious. 🌟 Bohemia bar in Tianzifang area Bohemia bar is a shop in Tianzifang. Walk into Gate 3. The shop will be on the corner. The shop is very well decorated. Great atmosphere. Great for taking pictures. The beer is delicious. The pizza is awesome !!!!!!!! If you come to Shanghai, don't miss this shop. The atmosphere in the shop is good. You can sit outside and chill for a long time. 🌟 Noodle shop, local restaurant I must say that we can find local restaurants very easily. We really like eating Chinese rice noodles. It's delicious. The sauce on the rice noodles is super delicious!!!! And you can choose the filling. The price is not expensive but you get a lot!!!! Various shops will let you order online via WeChat. - Alipay can be used to pay all the time, at every shop, linked to the Travel Card, can be used for many things, call Didi cars (call Didi cars, type the name in English, it's awesome), use it to ride the train, use the bus money, spend money, use it to scan to order things, complete!!! - True money is used only to spend money because you can top up the app, press the scan to pay, or let the shop scan us through the barcode (it's linked to Alipay) to deduct money via True Money. It's such a modern, comprehensive museum that beautifully encapsulates its core themes. I learned that the museum's design cleverly revolves around "Expo Memory" and "Urban Life." It's brought to life through two distinct concepts: the "Historical Valley," representing history, contemplation, and eternity, and the "Celebration Cloud," symbolizing the future, openness, and fleeting moments. I love how this architectural approach makes the building itself a "container for human joyful memories," preserving all the wonderful recollections of the World Expos. #travelanywhere Yuyuan Metro Station on Line 14 is one of the most beautiful metro stations in Shanghai. Opened in 2022 and designed by Xing Design, the station is rich with cultural elements. For example, the curved water-wave ceiling creates the illusion of the Huangpu River flowing above the metro line. These "waves" lap onto the columns, creating a rhythmic pulsation and an arcade. The curvature of the "wave tips" is inspired by the Chinese eaves of the nearby City God Temple, subtly echoing multiple cultural elements of the site. The design is incredibly clever. The water-wave ceiling is made of tens of thousands of aluminum panels that are cut, bent, and spliced together. This ceiling system is combined with lighting to form a large, three-dimensional LED canopy that can display various light effects. It can even change lighting performances for different holidays, such as China-Red for National Day and the Spring Festival, or pink and flower petals for Valentine’s Day. It is close to Nanjing Pedestrian Street, the Bund , Yu garden and some other tourist attractions. There are lots of restaurants and places of interest to see around all day and all night . Average price for a room is around 1000 RMB per night . The hotel has a very welcoming and professional concierge as well as great facilities like the gym and swimming pool open from 9am to 9pm everyday and a huge lounge area . Bang is a great place for a spot of lunch in Shanghai. This particular branch is on the rooftop of IAPM mall and has some nice views of Xuhui and Huangpu! They offer some healthy dishes as well as some cocktails and sharing dishes. The pizzas seem to be a speciality as they were quite popular and seems to have lots of options available. Ministry of Crab is a beautiful, Sri Lankan restaurant in Shanghai. I love the way the lighting illuminates the building a night. The outside looks like a mini palace on the lake. I was obsessed with the decor and color scheme. The ambience alone made me fall in love with this restaurant. I am a huge seafood lover, so needless to say, the food was excellent!This restaurant is a little on the expensive side as quality seafood isn’t cheap. But it’s worth it! They also have an upstairs lounge for hookah and cocktails. This venue is perfect for any occasion. Casanova restaurant is one of the many great locations with a beautiful rooftop view of the Shanghai Bund skyline! I am a big fan of beautiful staircases and this restaurant has a grand staircase leading to the main floor with a gorgeous, enormous chandelier, hanging from ceiling to ground level down the center of the staircase. This restaurant offers Italian cuisine. For dinner I ordered: calamari, spinach tortellini, half roasted chicken, and chocolate cheesecake for dessert. The food was good and reasonably priced. Having 4 popular locations across Shanghai, I visited the Xintiandi venue. The restaurant is moderately sized with attractive decor, to include an illuminating light fixture that stretches halfway across the restaurant’s ceiling and an exceptional wine display that extends from ceiling to floor and wall to wall. The dim lighting allows for an intimate evening, as each table is garnished with fresh red roses, candlelight, and comfortable seating. For dinner, I tried the Half Crispy Chicken, King Prawn Pasta, and Cheesecake. The food and service were equally admirable. This incandescent restaurant is located in the One ITC mall in Xuhui around the corner from the Tiffany Store. While the restaurant is small, that doesn’t take away from its heavenly sentiment. To feel like one is floating on a cloud or gazing into a field of fluffy white parachutes from the dandelion. Springtime is year-round at Tomacado where every dish and beverage is served and garnished with fresh flowers. The thoughtful and brilliant colors of the menu compelled me to buy many courses for dinner. The vibrant pictures and thorough descriptions of each dish made me want to try everything on the menu; and so I did. (For the most part, haha) My eyes marveled at the transformation of my drink 1st drink from sapphire to purple hues of lilac, magenta, and violet. My mouth savored every bite of the risotto. The roasted chicken; both tender and flavorsome. The rose velvet cake brought back memories of Valentine’s Day as the penetrating smell of roses lingered with every bite. And so on with the other drinks and food items. To say that I enjoyed my visit to Tomacado would be an understatement. To the average consumer perhaps this establishment is just one of many “cute cafes”. However, to understand true culinary artistry is to know the meticulous organization and effort purposefully designed for the enjoyment of the guest. I fell in love with this adorable cafe! Polaberry has a variety of sweet treats to satisfy your sweet tooth cravings! From chocolate covered strawberries, macaroons, and unicorn themed Cakesicles. There are a few areas inside the cafe to get great photos and a nice seating area toward the back. I suggest getting there right when they open as they sell out of their treats very quickly, especially the unicorn Cakesicles. Le Jardin d’Antoine is the perfect location for an afternoon tea party! Dress for the occasion as there are several photo opportunities! Absolutely gorgeous decor, furniture, and tea dishes. It was like a fairytale! I was able to get a special for 199¥ for afternoon tea that included tea or hot chocolate, a salad, and the tea sandwiches and pastries. Such a fun experience. Lion is a stunning Cantonese restaurant located in Xintiandi. The entrance into the restaurant was captivating. I loved the red lights and decor. The bar was a showstopper! So beautiful, it looked like a scene from a Broadway performance. The main dining room however was the main event. I was in complete awe of its beauty! Perfect venue to celebrate any occasion or a fancy date. I really enjoyed the beauty of this restaurant. The food was outstanding! I ordered the half duck and the vegetable fried rice. The duck was succulent, the rice was well seasoned and fresh. Everything was so delicious, I cannot wait to visit again! Cypher is a hidden restaurant behind a bakery! You would never know it’s there due to the hidden entrance. The true definition of a speakeasy! I adored this chic restaurant, the decor was so cool. It had a very chill and relaxing vibe. Dim lighting, suede seating and an eye catching bar. The menu had a variety of things. I really like the cocktail that was served in a mini bathtub.
