We chose Haku in IFC in Central to celebrate our Anniversary. The restaurant is located in the IFC Sky Garden. Under the floor-to-ceiling glass, you can enjoy the food while admiring the night view of Victoria Harbour. It is super romantic! The most special thing is the open kitchen design. Sitting at the bar counter, you can enjoy the whole cooking process of the chef team. The 3-hour Long Dinner Tasting Menu has a total of 13 dishes, and the Wine Pairing has 5 different wines paired with different dishes, which is quite special🤩

Binchotan charcoal French butter toast, topped with Hokkaido sea urchin, super sweet and creamy😍

The sweet aroma of OTORO fat melts in your mouth, paired with crispy seaweed tart, quite exquisite!
3️⃣ HOKKAIDO SCALLOP
Hokkaido scallops are seasoned with lime juice and lime peel, served with cucumber jelly and slow-cooked lettuce, and topped with three cups of vinegar, which is extra sweet😋

Japanese redfish, marinated with blood orange, with white kelp and jicama on top, topped with blood orange juice and kelp oil, fresh🤤
