Everything was done to perfection, or close. The cauliflower soup was addictive, the burrata salad was delicious although underwhelming. But both mains were on point! The medium rare grass-fed ribeye was melt-in-the-mouth succulent, and the salmon was crispy where it mattered. The desserts were a beautiful finale. We had a refreshing yuzu jelly which had a hint of alcohol in it. And a whisky matcha tiramisu that was outstanding! I could have gobbled down another piece easily! Avg.
