Everyone loves dinosaurs and you’ll also love the price of this museum! For less than £1 you can take a look around the Natural History Museum in Taipei, Taiwan - housed in an old bank branch from the Japanese era. It’s located directly across the road form the Taiwan National museum and can be done on the same ticket if you buy the four museum combo ticket! (Totally worth it) The museum is focused around a hall of life sized replica skeletons of some the most infamous dinosaurs. It has lots of information in bilingual presentations and also offers audio guides for a small fee. The museum is small but well laid out, with a one way system to tour the exhibits. The building has been beautifully restored and there’s an exhibit on the banks history and the restoration project to turn it into a museum. They also have a really cool vault experience to show you how the bank stored all its valuables back in the day. There’s a nice gift shop, cafe and some really helpful staff throughout. The Lee Kong Chian Natural History Museum in Singapore is home to several impressive dinosaur skeletons. The most famous of these are the three diplodocid sauropod skeletons nicknamed "Prince," "Apollonia," and "Twinky." These dinosaurs, from the species Diplodocus and Apatosaurus, are some of the largest creatures to have ever walked the earth, and they lived during the late Jurassic period, about 150 million years ago. Nanjing Museum of Paleontology is located nearby to the Jiming Temple Scenic Spot in Xuanwu District, Nanjing City. It is one of the largest paleontological museums in the world which is renowned for its wide, exquisite collection of paleontological fossils of ancient invertebrates, plants and vertebrates. The entrance ticket was free on the day I visited and it took us less than 01 hour to walk around the premises. This place really exceeded our expectations. It was huge! There was really everything the kids loved at this place, and although we sometimes found a combination of dinosaurs / cowboys and Indians / toboggan / hunting lodge / zoo / pirate show / red riding train / 7d cinema / trampolines, etc., the kids just liked it ! The park was really well maintained and very clean. It’s no secret that dinosaur is loved by both genders, it’s something boys and girls could be fascinated by. So, kids are pretty excited about the trip. There’re different areas, such as; tug of war with kentrosaurus; be an archaeologist and dig some bones; the 2 driving around in Jurassic Park areas, where kids got to drive themselves or controlled by an adult with remote; be a mama dino and give the baby some water; wear a robe and be dino caretaker; run faster than a t-Rex etc. Most of them are interactive, which I guess it’s the reason kids find it interesting. So, there’s a few things you should know before deciding… 1️⃣Mom thinks : ⭐️ for the efforts but personally think it’s overpriced 2️⃣Kids thinks : ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ and they are telling me there’s so much fun 🤨 their favourite are driving, the tug of war with dino and the interactive screen games 😒 3️⃣ For your convenience (if you’re going), first thing is to check the time for the digging fossils game, and queue for it at least 15 mins before that, if you missed it, the waiting time is 45 mins (for the staff to clean and set up), short play time and seems simple but kids love it 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wouldn’t say it’s total waste of time, because if you’re a dino fans, or easily pleased like my kids, you’d enjoyed taking some “adventurous “ photos with the dinos. The models are fascinating. However, it would make more sense if it’s charging $80-$100 for entrance fees instead of $168-$380. This event is organised by Snow Palace, Starry and Big Honor, and the exhibition will be held at FTlife Tower starting from today (17 December) to 13 Feb 2022. The restaurant has 2 floors. Walking up the wooden stairs to the 2nd floor, there are many check-in spots along the way, such as mirrors and graffiti.
