Slow-cooked nutritious Japanese bento
I saw a small shop selling healthy bento shop next to Tai Hang Qu, Yuen Long, so I went to have lunch with my friends who live nearby.
🍱Slow Cooked New Zealand Steak Bento ($88)
The steak is not overcooked, soft and chewy, and has been pre-cut into pieces, perfect for lazy people 👍🏻 White rice mixed with brown rice, customers eat healthier 👍🏻 Side dishes include pumpkin, three-color pepper and cabbage, pumpkin does not add any seasoning, but itself is very sweet, and three-color pepper and cabbage added seasoning fried, clear quite tasty 😋
🍱Slow Cooked Chicken Breast Bento ($55)
Chicken breast is seasoned with curry, but the taste is not very strong, also cooked in slow cooking, the meat is not chewy and soft 😋 The chicken is also pre-cut into pieces, eating convenient enough 👍🏻 with the brown rice and side dishes and steak bento no different, this price is quite affordable 👌🏻
🥚 Poached Egg + 🥣 Bean Curd Soup (with meal + $ 14)
The bento itself already has half a poached egg, which can be added with the meal. The soft-boiled egg is in a melted state, the egg yolk is beautiful😍 The soybean soup is homemade, the taste is lighter than the usual soybean soup, it feels healthier😌
🍹Apple Juice (with meal +$13)
Apple juice is sweet with sourness, not the dead sweetness of boxed apple juice, with the taste of natural apple juice😌
🍵Orange Snowberry ($35)
The flower tea is baked with fresh orange slices, blueberries and red berries. The taste is fresh and fruity. The orange flavor is more prominent and feels quite fresh😌
