#Koh Samet #Rayong
Day 1
- Take a ferry at Nuanthip Pier. We took a slow boat, round trip 120 baht
- Arrive at Koh Samet around 3:00 PM. Pay the national park entrance fee of 40 baht per person
- Rent a motorbike for 400 baht/day
- Drive to the first day's accommodation. We stayed at "Sawasdee Coco", right next to Sai Kaew Beach. The accommodation is very cute. 2,4xx.- Including breakfast. We booked for 1 night.
- After packing up and resting, we rode a motorbike to Ao Phrao.
- Go to a cafe called Buzz Coco Club. This is another place to watch the sunset very beautifully. Order 2 drinks and 1 bottle of water for 353.10 baht.
- Drive back to Sai Kaew Beach. Eat at Met Sai Moo Krata restaurant. It's a seaside buffet with a great view. 349 baht per person, refill drinks for an additional 50 baht per person.
- Go back to the accommodation and rest.
Day 2
- Wake up early to have breakfast at the accommodation. Take a walk and take some more pictures before checking out.
- Relax at Tonsak Cafe, right next to Sai Kaew Beach. The atmosphere is great. The drinks are not too expensive. We ordered 2 glasses of water, 1 piece of cake, 1 cup of ice cream, and 1 plate of papaya salad, all for 399 baht.
- Check in and leave your bags at "Kalakrung", an accommodation near the entrance to Sai Kaew Beach. It's in a community with lots of food. Although it's not by the sea, you can walk to play in the water.
- It's time to drive around the island. Let's start at Ao Phai. There are shops, restaurants, and bars lined up along the beach, just like Sai Kaew Beach. There are a lot of foreigners in this area. There are beautiful rocky corners to take pictures.
- Ao Nuan is a very quiet beach. There should be only one accommodation on this beach. The way to get there is quite difficult. It's a gravel road and you have to walk down a fairly steep hill before you reach the beach. But if you like peace and quiet, you must come here.
- Laem Toei, a viewpoint at the end of Koh Samet, you can see both the sunrise and sunset. There is a wooden bridge as a walkway for taking pictures.
- Come back to eat at the food center near the accommodation. Pineapple fried rice 80, crispy pork with basil 80, full and delicious, there are many menus to choose from. I recommend it.
Day 3
- Eat breakfast at the accommodation, check out, leave your bags.
- Drive around to take pictures by the sea at Ao Phai.
- Continue to Brown Cabin Chocolate Cafe, a cafe not far from the pier. Order 2 glasses of water, 1 piece of cake 375.- There are many photo spots here.
- Go get the bag that you left, return the motorbike.
- Return on the boat at 13.00.
