Legend has it that once a high priest broke apart the rock and a source of spring water came out. It was a lot of walking, but every step was worth it. The ocean views were simply incredible – that ancient temple, perched so dramatically on its rock, with the waves crashing all around… it was breathtaking. There were tons of stalls selling all sorts of Balinese goodies. It was such a vibrant, bustling atmosphere. Definitely wear comfortable shoes though! And bring water – you'll need it! But honestly, despite the heat and the walking, Tanah Lot was one of the highlights of our trip.

#tripแจกโรงแรมฟรี This time in Bali, we had time to visit a famous temple located on a rock in the middle of the sea called Tanah Lot Temple. We rented a motorbike taxi near Kuta near our hotel. The round trip cost around 100,000 rupees. The trip took about an hour, passing Kuta Beach. There were many foreigners on the beach and restaurants. In the city, the roads are narrow and traffic jams are usually heavy. Using a motorbike is probably the fastest way. We drove out of the city and it took about an hour to get to the temple. There are souvenir shops along the entrance. We walked along the rocks to the temple by the sea and took pictures. We also went up to take pictures of the iconic Bali gate and bought some Balinese cloth as souvenirs. Then we returned to our accommodation. It took about three hours to travel back and forth and visit the temple.
