Atmospheric Memory is an exhibition inspired by Charles Babbage, a British mathematician, philosopher and engineer. The exhibition is located in the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney. The exhibition features the theme of technological advancement from 18th century to today. Many of the exhibits are interactive through a common mechanism of using voice and translating it into a mechanical or visual output. one of the most interesting museums I had ever been to, inside there are many objects ranging from fashion to science, from modern items to long history artifacts. There are just so many random things in there and that what got me so excited while walking in there, it like a treasure hunts for me. I wish I plan my day ahead so I don't have to rush through the museum and just take my time to read the description of each objects. Also there are several Powerhouse museums in Sydney and each one host different objects. #sydneytrip #musem

Otogo is a good place to take a quick break or take a quick bite. They have a lot of things on their menu that are easy to eat on the go like onigiri, cup soba and Japanese drink like matcha. I found the place to be quite crowded when I go, probably it was Sunday and it was review by a famous instagramer. But after sitting there for a while and people start to leave I found the place to be quite enjoyable. For the food wise I did only try onigiris, I would said it was so so. All the asian supermarkets and Restaurants are really good there! and I really recommended Myung Jang Korean restaurant which have a good view of the Chatswood during the day (in my first picture) and you get a really big portion to eat! For the affordable price you can always go to Spice Alley near the central park that have a lot of variety of asian food such as Japanese, Chinese, Singaporean, Malaysian and Thailand dishes!

#summervacay The Powerhouse Museum is such a fun blend of science, design, and innovation. I loved the space and transport exhibits—there’s even a real steam locomotive and sections of old trains you can walk through. One highlight for me was the fashion and design gallery, which had an awesome rotating exhibit of Aussie creativity. It’s interactive, engaging, and ideal for all ages. I went in to escape the summer heat and ended up staying for hours!

When you arrive at Sydney, you will find the largest train station in Australia, Central Station. At the exit, you will see the light rail train, which is like the subway train in China. It is very short and takes only two stops to visit Chinatown. You can have tea and eat Cantonese dim sum in the mall. Many local Australians come to taste it. The train station is so big and well connected. There is a train that takes more than 3 hours to reach the capital Canberra. There are 7-8 exits and it is easy to get lost.

#sydneytrip Powerhouse Museum Sydney is a very walkable city, we walked there after we finished visiting another museum. This one in Darling is near Chinatown / Paddy Haymarket. The cost was free which made it even better! The museum was amazing. I loved the various exhibits with a focus on steam engines. It was fascinating how the use of steam powered so many things from a printing press, to a fire engine. They also had various instruments on exhibit as well. We met a wonderful employee that provided in-depth information. If you love technology from the past, you must visit! I also encourage anyone with children to visit too. They had a cool exhibit for the kids.

#2024wish My 2024 travel wish is to visit Sydney. I would like to visit their darling harbour to have a great view of the sea. I would also like to visit the fish market to try out their tasty seafood such as their oyster and their lobster which are freshly prepared daily . I like the aspire metro hotel which has a great location. It is just a 15 minute bus ride to the nearby Chinatown area. The hotel room comes with a bathtub and a balcony which is ideal for those who like to have a balcony window view from your room . You would definitely have a good stay there with them. The hotel also provides breakfast too.

The metro aspire hotel is located at 383-389 Bulwara Road, Ultimo NSW 2007, Australia. The hotel has undergone major renovation in the recent years and has rebranded itself under the metro group. The hotel now looks more fresh and stylish. The deluxe room comes with a long rectangle bahtub. The shower head is mounted onto the wall instead of a handheld one. Some deluxe rooms come with 3 single beds. All deluxe rooms come with a big balcony. The hotel provides breakfast at 16aud. A taxi to the airport costs about 30aud one way and it will take about 30minutes to reach the airport. Do note that the check out timing is 11am instead of the noon timing. The hotel has a decent location where you can take buses to the nearby area to have your meals. #bucketlistreboot
