Upon arrival, I was greeted by friendly staff who made check-in effortless. The lobby’s elegant design set the tone for a high-end experience. My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking panoramic views of Macau’s skyline and bridges. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing restful sleep after busy days exploring the city. The room amenities, including a large flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, luxury toiletries, and a well-stocked minibar, added to the comfort. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurants. The cuisine was exquisite, with a perfect blend of flavors and impeccable presentation. The restaurant breakfast also featured a wide variety of international and local dishes, catering to all tastes. Staff are super nice, I ordered 3 bottles of water they brought me 6, requested for another “duck” gift as the original one in the room was little damaged…they all brought these things to the room using a tray to serve. And a birthday cake to delight us… The room is spacious if you usually stayed in basic room type of other hotel, I think it can accommodate 1 or 1.5 more king size bed Credits to staff during checkin, room service, even the staff at lift saying goodbye when checkout

been well treated by the staff in the hotel, the hotel is in almost perfect condition from the detailed furnishing to the well maintained decoration. sound proof was great too

Our room was upgraded with nice view where we can enjoy the musical fountain just in front of Wynn Palace hotel. Breakfast is superb with variety of choices. Location is very strategic which connected to Cotai East station. Definitely worth to revisit again.

Standard room with an extra bed on, the Hotel offers a seaview room upgrade for us. The seaview is now a but interrupted by construction sites along the seafront. Spacious amenities, with catering, indoor infinity pool and a cozy gym on 17/F. Corridors are like a maze.

This is the most fantastic trip we’ve ever had before. We’ve got the customised service, the high quality of hotel facilities with a high quality and the delicious food etc. Colin connected me and gave me the useful tips before and within the entire trip. and he prepared the surprise for kids as well. While Robin helped plan every detail about viewsights, famous local snacks and the efficient way with transportation. All these are pretty impressive, and I’ll choose Londoner again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mandarin Oriental Macao, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The dedication from Hallie and her team Ken and Forest made my stay feel like a home away from home. I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

It was beyond expectation and satisfying. The hotel hardware is luxurious and exquisite, clean and sanitary. The software service is even more satisfactory, and the butler service system is particularly considerate. From the moment I checked in, a butler was always available to provide considerate service. I had already added my contact information before I checked in. They added a bed for us as requested and gave us a lot of desserts. The bouquet of flowers to welcome us was also very pleasing. I would like to thank the butler Ken Zhang for his attentive and considerate service, and also thank the butler Lucas Lu for his enthusiastic company. I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Macau.

The room and bathroom is hugeeeee, and it is clean. We project my laptop to the TV screen and get to watch a good drama to wrap up our night. Good stay! Not much nice restaurant to choose from , but kids never bother with food, it’s all great.

Hotel situates in the middle of Venetian and Parisian, provide free shuttle pick up from/to Cotai port to hotel, great spot to live in especially for family who prefers to stay slightly away from the casino and busy shopping malls. Hotel is tidy clean with great and attentive services. I was amazed that how the hotel staff would remember your name, and proactive support whenever needed. The breakfast buffet is amazing too with broad options and enjoy how I don’t have to wait in line for items required further cooking, like congee and noodle soup, the resto staff will send right to your table.
