Check in was smooth. Receptionist were friendly and helpful. Hotel is located is a very good location, away from the hustle and bustle of the city Center, yet very close to pop in and out when need. Overall, we had a fabulous time at Holiday Inn Peterborough. I’d recommend it any day.

I must say this is how a hotel should be run!! Friendly positive staff who are helpful with a smile!! Our TV remote didn't work and a member of staff was there within 5 mins and sorted it... Extra milk and tea bags for the room no problem... Breakfast was fresh even at 9. 45am! A little further out from where I usually stay when visiting Cambridge but it's only a short walk to the bus stop past a pretty lake.. All in all I will be staying here again..

The hotel is located in the perfect place near Sainsbury’s and a lot of coffee shops. The interior design is modern and the service is perfect. In my room, I have bedroom, bathroom and the living room with washing machine and kitchen. The setting is perfect and good for family.

This hotel is very spacious and suitable for family travelers. The hotel provides Dove brand shampoo and body wash. Parking is also free. Suitable for self-driving travelers.

Very spacious and clean room, nice toiletries in the bathroom, breakfast had a nice variety of options including a hot breakfast

A nice hotel located in Eddington in Cambridge, a quiet and safe community without much visitors to disturb, worth to choose and definitely come back next time when having a trip in Cambridge.

Quiet location, a local family restaurant is nearby. Room price is very very competitive! 10 minutes drive to city centre but just 5-7 minutes drive to Nene park which is great. Room renovation and breakfast buffet are the same as other Holiday Inn Express do. Food quality is expected and consistent. Shower water pressure was not very very strong but still acceptable.

I was disappointed that my room was not cleaned, nor bed made, after my first night. The sign requesting not to be disturbed was hanging on the door handle inside the room. I only discovered the note instructing me to hang another sign, found with the towels on a chair in the room, on the outside handle requesting ”new towels”, if I wanted the room serviced. If the cleaners do not enter the room unless there is a visible request for new towels, what is the necessity of a sign requesting not to be disturbed? No one is going to come in. I fully understand the advantages of not replacing the towels every day - and endorse that. But I would have liked to be clearly informed of the note in the paper that came with my room ”key”.

Another pleasant stay at this hotel. Ideal location for visiting family. Only real issue is car park and width of bays. Too narrow if a contractors van is parked next to you ( and there are very often vans parked there ).

We would never stay here again the staff were so rude there was a lady manager the was so so rude. Also there was a constant beeping noise out side our room. And about 2am in the morning whilst we were sleeping someone from reception called the room phone and said that the smoke alarm in our room was going off due to someone smoking in the room. Both me and my partner are non smokers so it clearly wasn’t use. Worst hotel experience ever.
