I booked a room with a balcony with Trip: it seemed very convincing and nice from the photos. It was a pity that once they arrived at the place it was not available and they gave us a really bad room without a balcony with “view” on the side scannafos. The room was better. I paid a little more and was closer to the beach. It was a sea view room. The room layout was reasonable and there was a small balcony. The food in the hotel was OK. Although the all-inclusive package only covered one restaurant, the dishes would be changed. The only complaint was that the water temperature of the swimming pool was not heated, which was not as good as staying in a hotel in the northwest. In addition, it was windy those days and I didn't participate in the free sea activities. For the different scenery around, I still recommend staying here.

The hotel is very good, the aquatic center is very rich in activities, and the public beach next to the hotel has some marine sports, which is very convenient. The hotel comes with a very fine sandy beach, and the ecology is particularly good. You can see corals, purple sea urchins, small fish, small shells on the reef, hermit crabs, small crabs, shrimps ... The service is very mature. When playing on the beach, the waiter will bring water and cups. When going out, the Kashima waiter will take two large towels for you to take away. Breakfast and dinner set at the hotel, breakfast and dinner are very good, dinner is different every day. Highly recommended!

Great for couples! Service is superb throughout the stay and we feel very much welcomed. The beach is also clean with fine sands and turquoise waters.

The hotel is on the east coast, very close to Kashima. The fare for other attractions is more than 500 RMB. The hotel rooms are large and new, and there are many activities. The glass bottom boat, pedal boat and canoe are free, glass bottom. The boat is scheduled to be ordered at 9:00 in the morning, the charges for other charges are reasonable, the breakfast is basically the same, dinner is a theme every day, French and seafood are good, and there is a French handsome service, super eye-catching! The younger brother at the front desk also booked a cheap rental for us when we left, thank you very much!

The hotel is available for check-in at 2pm, then there will be a welcome towel and drink, and you can check in with your passport and check-in voucher. The room was clean and tidy with toiletries but no toothbrush. There is also a small balcony, and birds are reported every morning. The notice on the first floor will have daily activities, and the pool will be divided into two for the adults and children. The breakfast is divided into vegetables, fruits, staple foods, juices, coffee, etc. It is also suitable for the national taste, and it is basically European and American.

What an amazing hotel!! The hotel was so beautiful with beautiful beaches. Beautiful pools. A lot of trees. Service was amazing. Good breakfast. Comfy room and amazing view from the balcony. Also free boat service to go to a nearby island. We were sad to leave this hotel and wished we stayed longer. Really there’s nothing negative we can say about this hotel. We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Mauritius. Oh and they also gave us a bottle of white wine in the room! Now we are staying at another 5 star hotel but Shangri-la was so much better.
