Was pretty easy to locate the hotel. Ample parking spaces. Reception was excellent, staff were very nice, polite and friendly. Had a fabulous room with fantastic view overlooking the city. Room was big spacious. The only downside is the gym & pool’s under renovation. Had wanted to dip into the pool but all’s good. Will definitely pick this hotel when back.

I love their buffet breakfast spread. Have local delicacies like nasi dagang and nasi kerabu. The staff is friendly, always greet us and offer help. The lobby is spacious and the swimming pool is big.

The room is very clean and comfortable. Parking is very easy if you want to take out or put bags in the car. There is also provide ‘sejadah’ for solat. There are also many CCTV outside the room and in the area near the hotel.

cleanliness: cleanliness is below average. toilet is moldy. it is recommended for u to bring your own toilet slipper. bedsheet and pillowcase is yellowish. however i guess this is the best u can get in kota bahru. dont compare to the standard of cleanliness with hotels in KL location: need to take grab for RM11 to pasar khadijah/ city centre. the hotel is located next to mydin tunjong, walking distance staffs: front desk Mr Akram was pleasant and welcoming. concierge Mr Fahmin was very helpful. wifi: wifi was average speed and easily disconnected aircond: aircond is ok and cold, it is great floor: i like that the floor in the room is fully wooden, no carpet. it is clean

easy check in/check out, great service and well maintained accomodation. suggest to paint the outer wall of the building and provide pillowcase for the extra pillow in the room.

Staff are friendly and helpful. It has a cosy lobby that we can have a short rest before we depart to airport (as we have evening flight). The Room is clean and tidy with 2 complementary capsules of coffee. I like the layout of the room as it has a glass partition. I’m gladful that this hotel has water dispensers that also direct dispense hot water basing on the temperatures we need. Location wise is also ok as it is still within walking distance to assess for food as well as Siti Khadijah Market (approx 1.7km).
