Very good hotel, with a magnificent pool. Relatively close to the city center, you can walk. What I don't understand is that you can't pay by card if you buy less than €5 at the hotel bar. You can't have a beer without metal. One of the people who worked there insisted a lot that you couldn't pay less than €5 with a card, it was also difficult for them to charge it to my room by showing my ID at reception, finally and as an exceptional favor, they charged it to me and I paid it in the checking out. It shouldn't be that difficult.😫

Great location, service, care and attention both at reception and in the restaurant. Good organization so there is no inconvenience of lack of tables at breakfast. Excellent breakfast. Definitely an experience to be repeated and recommended.

Não sabíamos muito bem onde íamos dormir e de facto foi uma escolha certeira. Hotel recente, bonito, quartos simples (sinceramente acho que é o ideal para poucas noites), duas máquinas de café, chãs, etc e uma de sumos onde podemos servir sem qualquer custo, pequeno almoço com tudo o que esperamos num pequeno almoço de hotel. Apesar de o Hotel ser localizado perto de estradas muitos movimentadas no quarto e durante a noite nunca tivemos problemas com barulhos. Gostamos muito.

We had a fantastic stay at Axis hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. We especially loved the breakfast and spa. The hotel is located high in the town. You can see the hotel at the bottom of the mountain. The drive there is very easy, and as soon as you enter the door, you can see Santuário do Sagrado Coração de Jesus. The scenery is very good and refreshing! However, our friend who was traveling with us stayed in a room with a lot of mosquitoes. At first, the receptionist said it was normal and then offered to change rooms. Apart from this one, the other rooms are okay.

I strongly recommend that anyone who wants to spend a weekend with his face half.
