Service is a strong point—especially the check-in staff and cleaners, who were friendly and helpful. The air conditioning could use an upgrade, as it’s old and not cooling efficiently. With some improvements, this hotel has great potential in Prachinburi. Definitely recommend.

For this price, the room is very good. There are facilities such as TV, refrigerator, water heater, WIFI. The room is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and there are 2 layers of toppers.

The staffs were very kind, and supportive even though we requested too much about transportation! Next time I would like to try the onsen:)
