Pet Friendly Hotels in Canton of Berne, Switzerland

The hotel's view was truly spectacular, but I was genuinely bewildered by the quality of the facilities here. The basic amenities fell far short of what you'd expect from a four-star hotel back home. The bathroom, in particular, was incredibly basic. Our deluxe king room only came with two small, thin blankets and no proper duvet, and we had to make do with these for four days. We were on our honeymoon... The bed was made of two single beds pushed together, constantly leaving an uncomfortable gap in the middle. Unless we repeatedly asked for it, there was no housekeeping service for consecutive nights. Breakfast was marred by an excessive number of flies, which I understand is a common issue in Switzerland. However, the view outside the window was absolutely stunning. I rarely write such detailed reviews, but I felt compelled to share my profound experience.

Friendly front desk staff and the hotel location is gorgeous. The frontdesk helped me with an early checkin and also upgraded my room with a bath-tub. The view from the room balcony was Mesmerizing and nothing short of a heavenly view… The breakfast was descent, however a little short of vegetarian options. The chocolates at the reception desk were amazing, better than Lindt. I wish I could know where they sourced them from😁 Harder Kulm (Top of Interlaken) entrance is just in front of the hotel. The market is at walking distance and also the OST station is very closeby. Thanks Carlton Team for making our stay pleasant and memorable… Ciao!

Travelled as family. Hotel is located very near to Wengen train station, Coop, Mannlichen skiing.. we enjoy our stays.

I highly recommend this hotel. It's a little over a 10-minute drive from Interlaken, making it particularly convenient if you have a car. The six of us stayed in two comfortable apartments, each featuring three single beds and a balcony. From our balcony, we were treated to the breathtaking sight of the mountains bathed in golden sunlight. The apartments were equipped with microwaves, so on our first night, we bought groceries from the supermarket and cooked dinner together. The only minor point was that it felt a bit *too* natural. Breakfast is highly recommended; it was plentiful and offered a wide variety of options, including salmon. The salt-baked eggs were incredibly tender – I made sure to have two every day! Overall, it offers great value for money.

very nice locations. the staff there are very nice. recommend us good restaurant and tour spots. very friendly. room with nice view are plus. will come to to stay here again. walking distance to Train station.

Accommodation is very nice, everything clean, high quality. Everything available. The guests have their absolute peace. very nice, we've been to Scwendihus several times and it's very nice!

The location is good, but there’s no elevator access to every floor. The room is quite old, though spacious and clean. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, possibly from the restaurant outside. The bathtub is small and not very comfortable for showering. Breakfast was average by European standards.

We booked two rooms for a family trip and asked to be arranged closer or on the same floor. In the end, we were given two floors... The room was spacious but the facilities were simple. The service attitude was excellent. They also arranged a car to take us to the train station for free before leaving. It was very close to the Dream Hill.

This was one of the best hotel I have stayed in Switzerland. The location was perfect as it was near the airport. The staff was friendly especially Miss Noel who had sped up the check-in process. My room was very spacious which can hold 5 persons. The room was very clean and the amenities was excellent. Overall I loved the hotel very much and would recommend anyone who has big family and want the space for their comfort. The price was reasonable and affordable.
