⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The hotel has a great location and is easy to find, but what really stood out was the service. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — especially Xavier, who went out of his way to assist us. We truly appreciated the kindness and flexibility shown during our stay. Thank you for making us feel welcome!
It was within walking distance from the station!
It felt more like an apartment than a hotel.
There was no front desk and check-in was done using a machine at the entrance.
You get a reservation number by email in advance,
enter it and pay the accommodation tax to enter, but it's a little difficult because they don't speak Japanese.
There is a kitchen in the room and all the necessary dishes, pots, and microwaves, so you can eat in your room!
The nearby supermarket closes around 8pm, so you might want to be careful!
I was grateful that there was a vending machine in the hotel.
The room was clean and there was a balcony and an ashtray so you could smoke outside.
However, check-out was by 11am,
but I was surprised when someone opened the door and came in at around 10:30am.
They apologized and closed the door immediately, but I wonder if it was a cleaning staff member?
It wasn't scary because we were a couple, but I think it would have been scary if I had been alone or if I was a woman.
Out of all the hotels we stayed at in Switzerland, this one felt the most modern. The only minor issue was finding a few ants in the room, which might be due to its mountain location. Otherwise, everything was excellent.
Hands down, this was one of my absolute favorite places during my trip to Switzerland. Highly recommend if you're visiting Zermatt! Definitely make sure to book a room with a Matterhorn view. The breakfast was generally good, though it could have used a bit more fresh fruit. Plus, having a microwave and water dispenser in the basement was a great perk that helped us save money on bottled water.
The suite was upgraded, it was very touching, and I liked the hotel very much. The breakfast was delicious, very special, and the service staff was very enthusiastic. Finally, I said that the luggage was delivered to the train station at a good time to meet us!
The staff is very kind and nice. They upgraded me to a larger single room. Single room does not have the mountain view. The staff shows me where I can see Matterhorn with a map which is very clear. The room is also very clean. Love the hotel.
This hotel is absolutely amazing! It's the best B&B we've ever stayed in! The room is spacious, bright, and spotlessly clean. The windows on both sides offer views of the hotel garden and mountains, and the neighboring garden. My room's balcony faced the Matterhorn, allowing me to take photos of the golden sun setting over the mountain. The staff are warm and friendly, and they offer train station pickup. The toiletries are L'Occitane, and the little touches like the complimentary chocolates in the room and the complimentary fruit snacks in the lobby are heartwarming!
The hotel boasts an excellent location and a unique, tasteful decor with wooden elements throughout, which I really loved. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, changing daily. You can even see the Matterhorn from the balcony, though my view from the second floor was unfortunately somewhat limited. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the single rooms are a bit on the smaller side. It's very convenient for the train station and exploring the town, with a Coop supermarket, shops, and restaurants all conveniently located nearby. After a 2-night stay, it was overall a very pleasant experience!
The triple room has a balcony and is very comfortable. The nearby castle is very beautiful, it is convenient to go hiking or cycling, there is free parking space but there is not necessarily a place during the peak period. The staff was nice and delicious in the morning. But the bathroom has no windows and exhaust fans are slightly lacking.

KkaizokuohI was very helpful because I was tired from a long trip in front of the station
Also, I was able to soak in the bathtub that I couldn't enter until then, and I was able to heal the fatigue of the trip!
I ate dinner at the restaurant under the hotel, but the woman working was also smiling and the food was delicious!
The hotel is very close to the Tasch train station, and it only takes 12 minutes to get to Zermatt. The hotel can store luggage, which is very convenient. If you have a good room in Zermatt, you can book here. The price is very affordable
LLukasz MusialExtremely helpful and friendly staff. Fantastic view’s from the rooms and tasty local food service provided by dedicated staff. I will love to come back again for a couple of nights as I truly relaxed while being there.
LLANThe location is a bit biased. In the middle of the mountain, it feels like a residential building. The reserved room is an annex building, which seems to be an apartment building. Towels, bedding, etc. are relatively old, and the cleaning is not very fast, especially in the kitchen with the smell of old smoke. The only thing is that the room is bigger. It used to be a one-bedroom apartment with kitchen and bathroom.
GGuest UserAt first, I didn’t know that the room type did not have a counter, but it did not affect his comfort. I felt very clean and comfortable sitting here. It was like a home. Thank you for the intimate arrangement of the host. Everything is very good.
