Rooms need to be updated but other than that, it’s great. Bed was comfortable and the towels were good to! Breakfast was good, staff was very friendly. The last morning they had the GM in the breakfast room helping out. Very nice and friendly lady.

This is a beautiful and large hotel. We stayed here as 4 adults visiting London. It's nicely situated between two train stations, Edgeware and Paddington. Making it easy to get most places quickly. It's also a beautiful walk to lots of attractions. The breakfast is varied and good, we are vegans so we are very picky about breakfast and there was more than enough options to keep us happy. The breakfast staff is incredibly nice and helpful. There is a lot going on all the time, there is a lovely bar and there are no annoying keypasses on the elevators. Despite its size and how busy it is, the rooms are quiet and our view was nice. I would totally recommend this hotel!

While spending a week in London, I was looking for a place where I could cook simple meals with my kids and do laundry. I stayed here. The location is safe and the surroundings are nice, so I'm very satisfied.

What a great place to stay, bright clean room. Good price with excellent buffet breakfast. . Staff are very helpful and nice.. can buy snack and the meal is reasonable price. Clean moden style hotel. Sky bar and bowling near by. Excellent entertainment before go to airport. So convenient to go to airport,just few minutes away from bus stop. Easy to go to london town centre as well.

There are several things I liked about my stay here. There were a lot of kitchen utensils/ cookware available which was appreciated for a longer stay to be able to cook. I also appreciated being able to check in early and staff were friendly. Areas for improvement is one, updating information on booking sites regarding their laundry room and gym availability. On trip.com as well as in the elevator and welcome card/info it discuss laundry facilities and gym. However when I went to use them they were not in order as their location had moved and they were still working on it. I shared this info with staff and at first there was back and forth that felt uncomfortable as they stated that their website or other booking sites don’t list laundry and they don’t have it. But when I showed them on trip.com that it is listed and other places in the hotel they apologized and tried to compensate me for laundry services I would pay for. So I did appreciate that. Other things, location close to train and bus options and lots of stores and restaurants near by. Room was mostly clean except the table and wish there was more natural sunlight available in my room. Overall would consider booking again if the price is still a better option, otherwise would go elsewhere until their services are fully available.

The Peninsula Hotel has always felt like a second home to us, no matter where in the world we are. It was wonderful to return again this time. On our previous stay, the front desk manager provided exceptional service that left a lasting impression on us. During this visit, we also utilized the concierge's mailing service. They were incredibly professional and patient, resolving our issues promptly. In total, four concierge staff assisted us during check-in and check-out. My daughter was so grateful that she gave each of them a £10 tip—they truly deserved it. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was excellent as well. The staff there were incredibly warm and clearly took pride in their work, creating a delightful atmosphere. I should also mention that the rooms were spotlessly clean. I'd like to share that we've been avid fans of The Peninsula Hotel's afternoon tea since the hotel opened. We've enjoyed countless afternoon teas and breakfasts here over the years. However, I must note that during peak afternoon tea hours, when the restaurant is bustling with guests, the service can be slow. We often find ourselves waiting quite a while for assistance. During breakfast, there have been some issues, too. We've experienced order mix-ups, and on one occasion, the food wasn't fresh. During my most recent breakfast, the fruit bowl I ordered contained moldy blueberries and rotten strawberries. A blonde, fair-skinned staff member noticed the problem but didn't offer an apology. Instead, she simply said they wouldn't charge me for the fruit bowl. I just smiled and didn't press the matter further, but I believe that outstanding service should always be a top priority for The Peninsula. Compared to stays at The Emory and Maybourne Hotel, whose staff showed remarkable warmth and attentiveness, I think there’s room for improvement. Nevertheless, I sincerely hope that The Peninsula continues to thrive and elevate its service to new heights. 首先我想Peninsula Hotel，在全世界都是我们的另外一个家 ，这次再回来觉得很棒，上一次入住的时候酒店的前厅经理负责人为我们提供了非常好的服务，这让我们记忆深刻。我们这次还使用了礼宾部的邮寄服务，他们非常专业非常有耐心，第一时间帮我们解决了问题。在我们入住以及退房时候一共有4位礼宾部酒店同事帮助了我们，我的女儿感到很感激分别给了他们每位10英镑的小费，他们值得收到。酒店中餐厅也没非常好，工作人员非常热情，他们为自己在那里工作感到荣耀，这是非常不错的工作氛围.(酒店中餐厅同事Mr J 很用心查看了我女儿以前入住记录喜好，非常细心，在我们当天用餐没有点甜品的情况下，在我们离开餐厅后，让厨师准备了一份我女儿喜欢的水果送到房间，很用心）值得一提的是客房的卫生也做的非常干净。这里想和你们分享下，我们其实一直都是Peninsula Hotel下午茶的爱好者，从你们酒店开业至今我们在那里享用了很多次下午茶，以及早餐，但是我想她们可能太忙碌了，下午茶时间客人很多，服务人员不足够及时服务，总是要等待很久，早餐时间，有出现过点犯错误，以及视频不新鲜，在最近一次早餐我点了水果碗，蓝莓是发霉的，草莓是腐烂的，一位金发白皮肤漂亮Ms，在发现问题后，她没有表达歉意，只是说我们不收这个水果碗的费用。我只是微笑没有再说其他的，我想对于Peninsula来说好的服务是最值得关心和在意的问题。相比入住The Emory，Maybourne Hotel ，她们全体工作人员的热情和关怀，真的很值得认可。希望Peninsula 越来越好 。

Everything was mostly good. Nice things: - There's free coffee and fruits in the lobby. Things to call out: - no free laundry service, you have to pay 5 GBP for laundry. - stepping out from the bath tub into the toilet is a slip hazard, my partner actually slipped, luckily she wasn't injured. - Noise insulation is quite poor for the room, when there are loud guests in neighboring rooms, you'll likely hear them. During our stay, we had a group of young men staying in one of the neighbouring rooms, they'd just keep talking loudly till midnight almost every night, tough to sleep in before midnight as a consequence.

Amazing experience with Vertus. Signage from the station and all around the area was great and was super easy to find the location. Front desk staff were super helpful and accommodating. Facilities and amenities provided were also above and beyond what was expected. Lounge and communal areas were a highlight.

Let's start with the positives: The hotel is located at the south end of Westminster Bridge, about a 6-7 minute walk from Waterloo Underground Station. From the room, you can see the London Eye and City Hall. This hotel is perfect for families, as its one-bedroom king suite is approximately 40 square meters and features a separate living/sleeping area. Upon entering, there's a sofa bed, and further inside is the king bed, with separate TVs in both areas. This setup can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children, with a bathroom in the middle. It feels spacious even with more people, and there's plenty of room for luggage. I was pleasantly surprised to find a microwave in the room. Now, for the downsides: Housekeeping service is quite basic; daily cleaning only involves emptying trash, changing towels, and making the bed. They occasionally even forgot to clean. Before check-in, I received an email stating we could get a complimentary bottle of wine if we opted out of housekeeping, but no one offered it proactively when we checked in. The hotel's breakfast is extremely repetitive; not a single dish changes daily, making it very monotonous. It's the same baked beans, sausages, and roasted tomatoes every single day... After an 8-day stay, we were thoroughly fed up with it. However, if you don't eat breakfast there, your options outside are mostly just sandwiches. The hotel does not proactively provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers. You have to ask the front desk at check-in or call from your room to request them.

We enjoyed our 4 nights’ stay at this hotel! The Deluxe Studio is clean & well maintained. Was granted our request for a room with shower instead of bath tub . The bathroom actually looks fairly new. The staffs are friendly & polite. We had a pleasant stay & we strongly recommend this hotel & it deserves 4 stars’ rating! Thank you!
