Pet Friendly Hotels in Apulia, Italy

Trip.com booking did not highlight nor state clearly that check in process is unusual. It was complicated and not timely and clearly alerted to Instructions on how to check in. We were very inconvenienced by the lack of timely clear instruction. We arrived earlier because there was only one (overnight) ferry crossing to Bari per day. So we had to look for the hotel to leave luggage at the least. But the hotel entrance (or gate?) is closed or we just couldn't find it. So in desperation in the raining cold that morning, we asked a passerby for help. FINALLY, after a long long conversation under the rain, contacting the host, we could finally be allowed to check in. These frustrations could have been avoided if instructions were given earlier or guests warned earlier of unusual way of checking in. We didn't receive instructions till we managed to contact the host thru a kind Italian soul who was able to speak English to help us. A few passers-by we approached couldn't speak English or ignore us because it was raining heavily.

Very beautiful accommodation, top restaurant,service also. For the pool, too narrow, little space, defectuous letto, noise of water. The bar is not open in the evening ? The rooms are not worth a 4-star, but rather a holiday camp.

Struttura non molto vicina alla centro città, comoda nei parcheggi . Un attenzione particolare va data alla colazione varia e abbondante sia per la scelta che per la qualità della pasticceria. Il Personale di Sala e alla reception sono un elemento per ritornarci

I was met by the host on arrival and shown my room and the amenities and how to work the tv and blinds.Nicolo was extremely helpful, served me a delightful breakfast and even ordered my taxi at the exact time I needed it. The room was lovely, the bed comfortable. Would certainly stay there again.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location is very good to find, a big logo can be seen at a glance, the environment is very good, the atmosphere is also 🈶️. The waiter is more casual and should be a European feature.

Nice little hotel quite well located 15 minutes walk from the entrance to the historic center. Room a bit small but cute. Quiet neighborhood at this time and easy parking on the street. Decent breakfast

Very nice hotel and very good location. Quiet place, close to the Sea. The employees are very friendly and professional. The breakfast is very nice and we can chose between Italian and Continental menu. The food is fresha and very well cooked.

The location is excellent to visit the whole area and not suffering from tourist chaos. Very clean structure. Very nice and available staff. A few steps from the caves. Recommended!!!
