This hotel for us in Milan is make us so happy and comfortable because we quite suffer when we are in Naples (stay in an apartment which no lift). This hotel is 24 hrs and the reception is helpful and good speaking English. They is very good service. I will stay here again. The metro station is near. The room is clean and breakfast is great. Everything was great.
A beautiful practical hotel that met our needs. The breakfast was filling and wholesome, kept us full all day! (It might have been nice to change up a little e.g having boiled eggs/ omelette instead of simple scrambled eggs, especially for those of us with a halal diet and therefore some limited options) everything was perfect in terms of room size, daily housekeeping, lovely toilet and shower. It would be nice to have an iron in the room, although perhaps if I had requested it, there might have been one I could use. Also would have been nice to have had a kettle in the room for a late night hot drink. But these are small suggestions for improvement, otherwise we had a wonderful, comfortable stay in the perfect location. I would return to this b&b as well as their other branches due to the exceptional care and hospitality!
I recently stayed at this charming hotel on the and had an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome — warm, professional, and always ready to help.
The room was spotless and elegantly decorated, with a stunning view of the sea from our private balcony. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying breakfast with such a breathtaking panorama was magical.

I went to this hotel for the second time. The advantage is that it is very close to the central train station of Milan. And secondly, our room did not have a tea maker like the last time, so we called and the problem was solved. Overall, it is a good hotel.
The location is convenient and feels safe. The service was excellent, and the facilities were well-equipped. The room had a very homely atmosphere, with beautifully hand-painted artistic designs on the walls by the owner. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, perfect for cooking. The host provided daily cleaning and tidying, and was very responsive to all our questions. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Milan.
Good option in terms of value for money as we just needed to stay close to Malpensa before an early morning flight, plus there is free parking.
Certainly not a 4 star hotel as advertised: no food service past 23:00 (we would have expected a 4 star hotel to provide, even a small selection, but no room service option at all). Breakfast was very ”weak”, with only basic options (there was no toaster to heat the bread; the pancake machine was switched off; there was a juice dispenser but no fresh juice, which again in a 4 star hotel you would expect).
Good option if you're looking for primarily a place to sleep close to the airport.
Posizione perfetta.
Stanza pulita e provvista di tutto, con piccola e piacevole vista sul lago.
Fantastici i proprietari, persone gentilissime e super disponibili.
Ci torneremo di sicuro grazie.

GGuest UserA fantastic hostel! They offer 24-hour check-in service, and even though I arrived in the middle of the night, the staff warmly welcomed me, showed me around the facilities, and even offered me a welcome drink! The next day, I could store my luggage for free, and the staff kindly made me an espresso to start my morning.
At noon, I had a small issue—my sandwich in the shared fridge was accidentally taken by someone. I tell this to the front desk, and coincidentally, the owner was there. She was incredibly thoughtful and even offered to have the kitchen make me a toast! Amazing customer service and problem-solving mindset!
Next time I visit Milan, I’ll stay at Ostello Bello - Milano Duomo again.
CChenchen0516It is a good hotel, but the location is not really good because there is no public transportation except the shuttle from the hotel which charges 11 euros if I am not mistaken. There are only five restaurants around. This hotel is recommended to people who have a car because the place is very quiet.
GGuest UserWe had a wonderful 6-night stayed in this lovely hotel and would highly recommend it to fellow travelers in Milan. Mere minutes walk and we are at the Duomo, Metro station and all the amazing shopping the city has to offer; but it was the generosity this hotel offered which impressed me the most. Cold bottled water are available for our own taking, chips & chocolate in our room's fridge for our free enjoyment and replenished afterwards; coming back to the hotel after a long hot day out really did feel like coming home for us, thank you Hotel Brunelleschi. Oh I almost forgot the breakfast buffet, definitely exceeded expectation, amazing food choices both hot and cold, plus excellent fruit & pastry choices. Excellent value overall !
LLydia•CindyA hotel similar to a perfume factory. I thought it was just an ordinary hotel, but it was unexpected. The facade is all glass walls, and the interior is industrial style combined with perfume series, hard and soft. Every corner is carefully decorated. The reception of foreigners is very warm, the breakfast is also very rich, and an afternoon tea set is given on the first day. The only thing is that the location is a little bit off. It costs about 30 euros to take a taxi to the city center on Uber Black, and it takes about ten minutes to walk to the carpet iron.
GGuest UserGreat value for mone, free drink token on check-in, fantastic karaoke night and free light buffet dinner provided! Decent ensuite for each dorm room. Cleanliness was good. Well situated with the Milan Central Station right round the corner and close access to regular shuttle buses to the airport as well as a lovely rooftop terrace. Metro easily accessed too and easy to use. Great for meeting new people.
AAlexei KNot a bad mid-level hotel. The rooms are small but clean. The mattress is comfortable. We had two rooms. One of the windows overlooked the road, so it was quite noisy. The hotel provides earplugs to compensate for noise. There was one significant drawback - one of the rooms was very hot and stuffy. The air conditioning system only operates on heat. Therefore, it was not comfortable to sleep.
Opposite the hotel there is a tram stop that goes to the center in 30 minutes. We liked the restaurant near Ristorante Dal Re. 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Overall, if it weren't for the poor sleep due to the stuffiness, the hotel would have deserved an excellent rating.
AAnonymous UserI arrived close to midnight and, as a solo female traveller, I was a bit anxious, especially after reading a few negative reviews, even though the hotel states that the front desk operates 24/7. To my surprise, everything went smoothly. The Terravision bus from the airport dropped me off much closer to the hotel than I expected. The route was easy to follow, the road was well lit, and I felt safe walking, even at that hour.
On the way, I passed a halal restaurant just before reaching the hotel, which was perfect for grabbing a late-night dinner. The front desk staff were polite and professional. My room exceeded expectations for the price: clean, well-sized for one person, and very comfortable. I turned on the air conditioning as soon as I arrived, and it cooled the room quickly.
Some reviews mentioned the bed being hard, but I found it perfectly fine. I checked out early the next morning to explore Milan and was happy to be able to leave my luggage at reception. Overall, a great stay, reassuringly smooth for a solo traveller.
CCarolinaSousaTHE BEST of all the hostels I stayed so far. I am super happy with all the staffs at the reception and the bar, special thanks to Joana, and 3 other young men who helped me with the check in and check out, and throughout all my 5 days stay.
I was very happy and surprised by all the free toiletries, amenities, coffee, juice, water, snacks, bread and cakes, and I love how in the reading/game room there’s a piano, guitars, ukulele, TV with Nintendo switch, books, games, etc.. I also love the fact that we can rent the powerbanks and wireless internet with our ID document. There were also very nice events going on, e.g. beer pong, family dinner, and more.
I have just a few suggestions: it would be a lot better if the bed side stand be a little bigger so that we can put a little more things other than our phone, also if the room could have some hooks on the wall for us to hang our jackets and towels.
Thank you so much for such a lovely and wonderful stay. I also met a lot of amazing people. I would definitely come back in no time❤️
PPietro LuigiWe stayed at the Sheraton Milan Malpensa as a family, booking two rooms for a short stopover. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
The rooms were clean, spacious, and surprisingly quiet—perfect for a good night’s rest right at the airport. Despite some renovations going on, everything was well-maintained and tidy.
One thing to note: the hotel is very long, so be prepared for a bit of walking to get to your room or to the common areas. It's not a major issue, but something to keep in mind if you're traveling with young children or lots of luggage.
What truly stood out was the hotel restaurant—a great surprise. The ambience was elegant yet welcoming, the food was excellent, and the staff was very accommodating, especially with our child. It made dinner a real highlight of our stay.
All in all, a great choice for convenience, comfort, and a surprisingly good dining experience at the airport.
