Wonderful
Staff is simply fantastic, always with a smile and very respectful.
Hitel is well located, breakfast is awesome and room super clean.
Mathew, the bartenber at the pool side is super nice and makes good drinks.
My stay was a big 10.
Thanks!

05/01/25. The Bayleaf Cavite
For the Labor Day Holidy, we decided to visit my Uni's museum in the Cavite campus and do a staycation as well.
GOOD:
1. Would like to thank Ms. Rem Sampao FO Manager, for extending utmost assistance to our check-in request. The housekeeping team, B8 bar crew and Door Guards were warm and service oriented. Salutešš½!
2. The Atrium were breakfast was served was elegantly designed. The food spread was wide enough for the price range to fill up guests for the day ahead. Their Interns were quick to serve too.
3. The crown jewel of The Bayleaf is their large free form resort pool and open space around it. Very relaxing and big enough for guests not to feel crowded.
4. Rooms were equipped with the basics for a comfortable stay.
COULD BE MPROVED:
1. They should have upgraded their TVs by now to Internet TVs.
2. Please consider adapting to more environmentally friendly Pitchers or Carafes inside the room with water dispensers per floor.
Will return to see if they consider my suggestions.
We booked a Superior Room via Trip.com, which mentioned an option between a king-size bed or two single beds. However, upon confirming directly with the hotel, we were informed that the room only comes with a king-size bedāthere is no option for two singles. This was quite disappointing as the listing was misleading.
We then requested to upgrade our room, but on the day of our check-in, we were told it was unavailable due to a leak from the rain. With limited options, we had to proceed with the original room and pay extra for an additional bed, which was unfortunately not very comfortable. Unfortunately, the beddings also had multiple tears, which affected the overall comfort.
Additionally, the TV wasnāt working due to cable issues, and the other room we booked ended up not being used. We were told the front desk would be informed, but no clear update was given.
Lastly, the WiFi signal was very weakāI had to leave the door open just to get a stable connection.
While the staff were polite, we hope the hotel can improve on communication, listing accuracy, and room amenities for a better guest experience.
The location is good, it's along the highway. The staffs and guards are polite. The facility is great and clean as well. Definitely will go back to this hotel.
A lovely, romantic stay. A unique experience. Me and my girlfriend had a fabulous time. Next to the beach a classy restaurant bar, serving delicious food.
Our kids enjoyed the stay at Hotel Kimberly. I believe the hotel was specially made for kids since there are a lot of activities that your children will definitely enjoy.
This hotel is really goof for the family trip with baby,we booked 2bedrooms suites, one room for the yaya, one room for us.
one of the part that I am not satisfied is that when we were checking in,the ground floor was so noisy and crowded...The front desk said there is a event during that time,I understand, but makes me feel uncomfortable when we were waiting for check in..
and I remember the hotel wrote ānewly renovatedā,but some parts of the room, seems old...for example, the shower area, the floor in restroom, the balcony already rusting, the towels semms really old ..But the price is cheap,so I didn't complain about those..Just hope the hotel can make those parts better..
the location is really perfect for traveling! The famous restaurant name āRosario pamanang panlasā is just in front of the hotel, and there is a small mall beside the hotel, just 1-2minutes walking distance. The sky ranch is just nearby.we can see the lake and the volcano thru the Windows, really nice!
the person are all nice and helpful..thanks for serving us for the 3days...
will choose if we are going there again..š
Overall, it was a great experience. The amenities were amazing ā lots of activities to enjoy, whether you're into relaxing or staying active. You definitely wonāt run out of things to do!
The food was delicious, and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. They even granted our request for a room with a stunning view of Taal Volcano ā waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable.
Cleanliness was good, Iād give it a 4 out of 5. Thereās a little room for improvement, but it didnāt take away from the overall enjoyment.
If you're looking for a peaceful escape with great food, fun activities, and breathtaking views, I highly recommend Canyon Woods!

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and it's really like a hotel it has a comforter like the ones you see at hotels we availed the deluxe room so its not that spacious specially the comfort room only one person can fit in. You can bring your own drinks or foods too inside the resort you don't need to pay a corkage fee. They have court for basketball and volleyball the price is cheaper when you rent it in daytime. We also tried their full body massage for 1 hr that cost us 750 pesos each. You will need to go to their resto to claim your free breakfast if you avail the room that comes with a breakfast, it will not be delivered to your room but you can choose whichever breakfast meal they have in their menu plus it comes with a soup which is great and their foods taste delicious also the price of their food is reasonable but they have a 10% service charge for dine in and 15% for room service. The resto's cutoff for room service is 5pm, 7pm for dine in. The resort's downside is their operations time the front desk and restaurant is only open from 7am-8pm so if you're going to need something from the front desk after that time no one can assist you because they'll be gone by then only the guard will be left in the front door and also if you got hungry at night you might need to buy food from their resto before they closes or buy from a nearby convenient store because there's also no foodpanda or grabfood nearby stores also closes early so you have to plan your dinner ahead of time. We went to SM (closes at 9pm) the fare going there using tricycle is 120pesos.Their pool is only open till 9pm only if you want to eat or drink near the pool you can use their cabanas. Another downside is the beach, the beach area closes at 8pm. Their sand is gray (but a fine sand) you can't really swim in it because the waves are strong and the water is not clear and it's kinda dirty there's a lot of trash beside the beach it's not well maintained. You will really need to go island hopping which is already not part of the resort's activity so they'll let you sign a waiver. There's a lot of bangkero beside the beach it's best to ride by group there's only 2 of us when we rode the boat so it's a bit expensive, island hopping will cost you around 2000 (1 island) to 3.5k (2 islands) we availed the 3.5k. We went coral diving (they lent us their goggles for free or bring your own goggles) and also went at the white sand beach which is in Bauan, Batangas which also has clear water and you can also spot some fish and corals, travel time going to those 2 places is 35-45mins you can also bring your food but keep in mind to really cover it in plastic so it won't get wet because the trip going there is really rocky you will really get wet because you will pass by a strong waves so cover all your belongings. It was raining when we went there so maybe that's why the waves are strong. Overall we had a blast! We indeed had a memorable stay. They even gave us a gift when we checked out they're so thoughtful. Thank you for the wonderful experience we will surely recommend you to our friends.

AagrixDuring our stay at Hortz Hotel and Resorts in Tagaytay, Philippines, we found the surroundings to be wonderfulāpeaceful and calm, offering a perfect retreat from the city. The rooms are spacious enough for a family, and the beds are large and comfortable, easily accommodating two people. The toiletries provided were satisfactory, and overall, the rooms were quite clean. However, we did notice a few small insects and some dust on the bed, likely due to the trees surrounding the area. Despite this minor inconvenience, the hotel is a great place to relax and unwind. The serene environment and adequate amenities make it a pleasant option for a short getaway.
AAnonymous UserI must say it is one of the best places I have ever visited! The views are absolutely outstanding and truly exceptional. Unfortunately, we were unable to witness the sunrise or sunset due to the rainy weather during our stay.
However, despite the rain and colder temperatures, I found it to be incredibly fun and relaxing. I am truly speechless with the breathtaking views and the wonderful facilities at your property. It really does leave a lasting impression.
That said, I did encounter a small issue with the pillow in our accommodation; it appeared to be dirty and seemed not to have been changed, as there was a saliva stain on it. I believe this is an area where improvement could be made to enhance the guests' experience.
Additionally, while I found the food to be on the expensive side, I understand that the quality and experience may justify the cost.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend your property to others. Thank you for the wonderful experience, and I hope to return in the future!
AAnn89The location is great, one tricycle ride to the Nasugbu downtown - where you can do groceries and eat at common fast foods, like McDonalds. The fare is Php20 only. The beach is not appealing, since it has black or dark sand. But you can opt to go to nearby islets with white sand and clearer water, you just need to rent a boat. The rooms are not that clean, and hardly maintained with a very old airconditioning unit. The tiny bathroom has a foul smell. No water heater, but you can get hot/cold water at the restaurant. Wifi is so-so, it can reach the guest's room area but if you need a stronger connection you need to go closer to the restaurant or reception area. A lot of things need to be improved in this resort. But this area in Nasugbu has one of the great sunset views.
AAnthony TabunanThe staff are nice and accommodating. I like the location, it's accessible to public transportation and any other landmarks. The room is clean and big because It can accommodate 4 pax but I stay there alone because I think they don't have rooms for 1 or two pax but the price is reasonable. They have pool and I like the bathroom with a bathtub, its so spacious, but the faucet is not working. They even have balcony as well. You can also roam around the resort if you want. I recommend this for staycation or perfect for family/friends overnight stay.
TThinaThe staffs were all very nice, breakfast was great! We enjoyed the pool until the last minute even at night. My favorite part of our stay here is that they have a common kitchen area where they allow us to grill and cook (just bring all that you need if you want to cook).
Although the place is not as big as we expected, but because we loved our first night at Stardust, we decided to cancel the booking we've made in another resort and went back to spend another overnight stay. Thank you Stardust!!!
GGuest UserLocation is great! The room is very spacious but not clean. There was actually a cold coffee left in the fridge. The flooring in the toilet is likewise not clean. We just took it as it is because we wanted peace for the duration of our stay, Holy Thursday til Black Saturday.
It's very upsetting to hear guests running, dragging stuff above our room. There we found out when we complained that the flooring up is wood only.
We will definitely not come back again.
CcissyThe attitude of the hotel staff is very good. It can make people feel kind and warm. People who are away on business alone can feel the warmth. There is no sense of strangeness. With the swimming pool, they can exercise in free time and increase entertainment.
