The room was small, compared to the original booking that I had reserved. They cannot find my booking reservations so they had to put me in 1 of the rooms available. I booked for a Deluxe Suite, and they said they can’t locate my booking. So they had to transfer me to a smaller room, which is quite a downgrade to what I had paid. No compensations provided. Anyway, the room was still fine, but cleanliness is not at its best. They didnt really do much effort to clear signs of previous visitor. See photo below. Overall experience, average.

We had a great time at Palm Creek Resort. The rooms are simple and clean. A corner of paradise under the coconut trees. You can enjoy the bioluminescence phytoplankton and fireflies in the evening. In addition, the owners are lovely, do not hesitate to ask them for good deals and activities to do nearby. Best value for money!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.
