The hotel environment is good and the service is also very good. The front desk can speak Chinese, which is very convenient for Chinese people to travel and live.
We stayed at the Heyue Boutique Hotel in Dushanbe and had a great experience! The front desk guy was very enthusiastic. He not only helped us change money, but also had a friendly service attitude. The room was clean and tidy, and it was very comfortable to live in.
Breakfast was a surprise to us. Each of the flatbreads, pancakes, and steamed cakes was delicious, especially the steamed cakes, which were soft and unforgettable. The fried shredded potatoes, cauliflower, and cabbage were also very tasty, with just the right heat and seasoning. There was also thick porridge, which was warm and stomach-warming.
This stay was perfect. We will definitely choose here next time we come to Dushanbe, and we will recommend it to our friends. Looking forward to coming again next time!
There is a staff member named Adbu at the front desk, who has a very bad attitude. Every time I meet him, he has a poker face and is very impatient when asking him any questions. On the day we left, we asked him to help call a taxi, but it didn't come after waiting for 20 minutes. He would not help us follow up and just let us wait, but the taxis he called for other guests came.
I saw the name of the hotel before booking. I thought it should be a hotel opened by Chinese people. The arrival destination is really Chinese. It makes it easy for us to communicate locally.
Very central, directly next to post office and train station. A very Chinese-centric hotel, hence why only available on trip.com one assumes. Staff were confused how I was able to book this hotel!
Massive room and quite modern, but…. Typical poor Chinese building standards. Plumbing smelt and a delightful piece of poo came floating out of the shower pan drain one morning. Suffice to say, I was somewhat disturbed.
The next day when a cockroach (I assume?) decided to fly (quite literally) out of the AC unit onto my bed, I woke up quite quickly, I must say!
Electric toilet was curious, if not a little confusing!
Lots of bathroom accessories though.
Get the plumbing fixed and the… hygiene looked into, and it would be very reasonable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is not bad, with a good location in the city center. The internal facilities are a little old but acceptable. The service and surrounding environment are all good. There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, which is very convenient. There is also a business service center on the second floor of the hotel that provides business services specifically for Chinese people. Overall, it is suitable for people traveling on business!
