Территория отеля просто восхитительна — утопает в зелени и тропических растениях. Здесь повсюду раскинулись пышные сады с экзотическими деревьями, яркими цветами и сочными фруктами. Прогулки по такой красоте — настоящее удовольствие! Персонал здесь просто замечательный — все сотрудники невероятно отзывчивые и дружелюбные. Любое обращение к ним решалось моментально, причём с улыбкой и искренним желанием помочь. Особенно приятно, когда тебя встречают таким тёплым гостеприимством. Сам номер превзошёл все ожидания — уютный, чистый и невероятно комфортный. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: удобная мебель, современная техника, качественные постельные принадлежности. Уборка проводится регулярно. Особо хочу выделить завтраки в отеле — они просто восхитительны! Разнообразное меню включает как традиционные блюда, так и интернациональную кухню. Всё приготовлено из свежих продуктов, с особой заботой о вкусе и качестве. Особенно радуют свежие тропические фрукты, которые подают на завтрак — они сочные, ароматные и невероятно вкусные! Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Обязательно вернусь снова!

I come here every time. The environment is beautiful, clean and comfortable. I like the restaurant on the seventh floor the most. The gym and swimming pool are not crowded. It is the first choice for business trips and tourism. I strongly recommend staying here.

Our stay at Tam Coc Moment was nothing short of amazing From the moment we arrived, the owner, Tommy, went above and beyond—seamlessly arranging our transfer from Hanoi and offering insider tips on the best places to visit in Ninh Binh. His warm hospitality made us feel right at home. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious homemade breakfast prepared by his wife. Every morning, we eagerly looked forward to her delicious, lovingly prepared dishes, which made for the perfect start to our day. The entire property was impeccably clean, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. What truly made the experience special was the beautiful little garden, where we enjoyed our meals amidst lush greenery and a tranquil ambiance. Tam Coc Moment is a true hidden gem, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

We really like our stay at Trang An place, the stuff was very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing and super fresh, we amended up eating lunch and and dinner there too. The garden is very beautiful and quiet, the rooms are simple but spacious. The stuff was also very nice to recommend on visiting the attractions, can definitely recommend this place

Questo Homestay è una piccola perla sperduta in mezzo al nulla, o quasi, a 20 minuti di bici da Hoa Lu. Verrete accolti da un lussureggiante giardino che gira attorno ai piccoli stagni e dal sorriso della gentilissima proprietaria; la signora è super gentile, ci ha prestato in modo gratuito delle biciclette e ha provato con Google Translate a fare un po' di conversazione. Quando ve ne andrete vi sarete affezionati, ve lo assicuro! Il cibo casalingo preparato dalla signora è buono e anche più economico di tanti locali attorno a Tam Coc o Ninh Binh. Qualunque cosa vi offra, assaggiatela! La figlia della proprietaria, che parla inglese, si è molto spesa per aiutarci e ci ha dato preziosi consigli. La camera era spaziosa e i pavimenti pulitissimi, ma sulla pulizia in generale c'è ampio margine di miglioramento sia all'interno delle camere/bagni sia negli spazi esterni. Il servizio di laundry c'è ma non me la sento di consigliarlo molto.

The bungalows were located at a walking distance from some attractions. The hotel manager (and her two extremely adorable kids) were very kind and hospitable even though they were clearly short-staffed leading to forgetting some of the requests. The family room was quite spacious. The breakfast was a little bit underwhelming but for the price paid, it was worth it. The hotel offers an impressive range of services from renting scooters to arranging boat tours.

Staff were so friendly and helpful with our heavy luggage. On arrival they were very helpful and escorted us to our room, the room was very clean and tidy. They also allowed us to rent bikes for free so we could cycle to the Mua caves. 10/10 couldn’t recommend enough!

The swimming pool was very happy, the hotel was surrounded by the mountains, it was not too convenient to go out, so we rented a motorcycle to play everywhere and it was perfect... The hotel's breakfast is not too much, let's eat alive, the price is so cheap and don't expect everything to be perfect. The toilet window in the room cannot be closed tightly, so there are often mosquitoes in the room, but there are simple children's amusement facilities in the hotel garden with electric mosquito patties. Overall very good!

This is a great place! The hotel has a big and friendly family. This is where the best people I have ever met work. When I needed to arrange a slipbase trip to Danang, I asked for help, and in addition to buying a ticket, I was also taken by a bike and given water on the way. And they didn't leave until we got on the bus. Attention and warmth felt in everything. And it was nice to watch the family go together and have dinner at the end of the working day. The rooms are very good and clean. You can rent a bike: 50,000 dongs per day. Location is just perfect. Plus there is a pool and this really small price already includes breakfast. I am delighted! I recommend it from the soul!
