Bamboo House is a fully renovated mid century cottage in the heart of the village. It is set within a completely enclosed private tropical oasis comprising a main house with 2 bedrooms and a separate shared bathroom, and two separate guest cottages each with en suite bathrooms. Each of the four bedrooms are outfitted with queen beds, ample storage / closet space and double glazed sound proof sash windows with solar shades. Each of the bathrooms are bright and modern, and outfitted with Kohler fixtures. The kitchen is fully equipped with white quartz countertops, Kohler fixtures and Bosch appliances - plus various coffee making options including a Nespresso machine. This quaint village home has been tastefully decorated in a perfect blend of contemporary modern style and timeless island charm. Lush outdoor tropical gardens surround the cottages and include an outdoor shower and many opportunities for relaxing and al fresco dining. Bamboo House is located on the busy end of Dunmore Street close to the intersection with Clarence Street - which is home to the famous license plate wall. Bamboo House is also equipped with a 24 hour standby generator to ensure uninterrupted power supply during your vacation. Seabreeze is an exceptional rental in a truly exceptional setting. This high-end luxury home with separate guest cottage can be booked either as a 3-bed/3-bath (for up to 6 people) or 5-bed/5-bath rental (for parties of 10). The price quoted here is for booking the main house only. If your party is more than 6 please ask for an updated quotation to include the guest cottage. The additional rental for the guest cottage is $500/ night. We have a single rate only for Xmas/New Year. The guest cottage is never rented out separately. We do try to be flexible on our minimum stay settings so it is ALWAYS worth asking if we can accommodate. For check-in or check-out on a Sunday we add a $200 supplement. The main house has 3 king ensuite bedrooms (sleeps 6).The guest cottage gives you an extra 2 bedrooms (1 king ensuite and 1 twin ensuite)The twin beds are trundle beds which gives us the option to pull out 2 more singles, although space will be limited. The house also features a dock from which you can swim, paddle board and kayak. A boat slip is available and can be rented for boats up to 150 feet for an additional fee.Dunmore town is a five minute walk for all your dining, shopping and entertainment needs at the many restaurants, bars, stores and markets.Harbour Island is a small island that is only 3.5 miles long and 1.5 miles wide with a population of less than 2,000. It has a cozy small island feel yet it is big enough to offer 20 restaurants and access to all the needed food for delicious cooking at home.The house has five bedrooms and four and one half bathrooms including a large master suite with a king bed, a guest suite with king bed, private entrance and kitchenette, and three additional bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. The kitchen has an island with seating for four, the dinning room has seating for eight. There is also a table on the upper deck with seating for five. Every room has a TV with Amazon Firestick.The house has two washers and dryers, a backup 80KW generator, a 100 GPH water maker, a 1,000 gallon backup water supply and redundant internet via high speed cable and high speed Starlink Satelite. Our property manager is available to come assist you 6 days per week from 7am to 3pm in case there are any issues.
