Silver Coral overlooks the west side of St. John with amazing views of St. Thomas. Beautiful sunsets! Only a 5 minute drive to Cruz Bay.The entire place was gutted and rebuilt. Everything is new - including the pool. But the beautiful original St. John stonework remains. Main house has an open floorplan. The chef's kitchen a huge island and all the amenities for a 6 course meal. A small office is off to one side and the living room and large dining room are on the other side of the kitchen. The double french doors in the living room open to an 16 x 40 deck that has glass railings so the view is not blocked. The dining room is surrounded by extra large windows. There are two bedrooms and two baths on the main level and two bedrooms and one bath upstairs. As a bonus, there is a large family room upstairs. The Southern Exposure is a 3 bedroom 3 bath spacious home located in Fish Bay, on St. John's south shore, just a quick twelve minute drive to Cruz Bay, where you'll find markets, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.Away from the hustle and bustle of town, Southern Exposure offers guests the quiet and solace that brings people to St. John. The Home comfortably accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. New split AC unit in the great room, window AC units in each bedroom.The upstairs/downstairs layout provides two separate and spacious communal living areas with large decks so this home is perfect for families with children, or separate groups of couples wishing some ‘private space’. The lower living area (full AC) has laundry, bathroom, bedroom w)ensuite bath and living room. The third bedroom does not have an ensuite bath, you will need to access the second bathroom off the lower living room from the outside porch or front door area.The raised deck pool, is surrounded by beautiful native stone and coral walls and an array of colorful bougainvillea, allemande flowers, hibiscus and palm trees.Southern Exposure offers panoramic St. John ocean views and trade wind breezes.
