XI ZHOU HAN LIN CAN TING

After climbing Cangshan Mountain in the morning, we came to Xizhou. We just finished lunch at 2 o'clock, and couldn't wait to have dinner at 5 o'clock. Their quaint name and courtyard attracted us. Xizhou is where the Bai people live, and this kind of group meal has basically been improved and integrated. I personally like "raw braised sea bass" and "Hanlin stir-fried meat", which are quite flavorful and not picky.

It should be a better restaurant in Xizhou. The first recommendation is sea bass. Sea bass is usually fatter, but they cook it this way, the taste and texture are excellent. The watery taro soup is also delicious. The environment of the courtyard is very comfortable.

"Stir-fried Erhai shrimp" The shrimp was very fragrant and the portion was large. "Pickled bamboo shoots and yellow beef" was a bit spicy, and the beef inside was very chewy, and it was perfect with the mint inside. There were also bamboo shoots in it. "Xizhou Crispy Pork" After frying the crispy meat first, it was used to make the soup. The meat was very solid, the soup was also very delicious, and the portion was large. Overall, the taste of his restaurant was very good and the price-performance ratio was very high.

The soba noodles here are quite unique. Sitting inside, you can enjoy the view. A table of eight sat next to us and was very satisfied. The service is excellent, parking is available, charging is free, and there's a discount on tickets to the Yan Family Courtyard. Later, we returned to ask for directions and use the restroom, and the woman at the entrance ran to show us the way. Having such a good restaurant right at the entrance of a scenic spot is truly a credit to the industry.
