噼里啪啦We had a variety of dinners: crispy duck, silk dumplings, and vegetarian noodles. On the 29th, I was clamoring for vegetarian noodles early in the morning. My friend said, "Oh my god, where can I get you vegetarian noodles at this time? They are all closed." Today, I finally had a good time. I was just dressed very elegantly to visit relatives, but I took a portion of vegetarian noodles and ate it while walking. I looked for crispy duck. After three pieces, I couldn't find my tongue. I only ate half of the half. I even asked for another one. Many friends don't know what silk dumplings are. I will report it later...

Danjia Crispy Duck was founded in 1987. There are more than a dozen branches in Guiyang. This one on Xiaoshizi Street is the main store. It is open 24 hours a day. So it doesn't matter if you come back late at night. I bought a double set meal A. It comes with half a duck, duck intestines and duck gizzards. It is fried and coated with flour. It tastes spicy. It is crispy in the mouth. The duck tastes particularly chewy after being fried. The gizzards are cut into flowers and taste crispy. The aftertaste is very numbing. It feels like your mouth is not your own.
Every time I go shopping here, I will buy some to eat. It is spicy and refreshing, crispy and not greasy. It is good.

Zhucheng Leisure Travel The Fountain Pool Smart Choice Hotel is located in the very heart of the provincial capital (No. 219 Baoshan North Road, Qianling East Road Subdistrict, Yunyan District), surrounded by hotels such as Sofitel and Novotel. Within a kilometer, you can find a subway station, Guiyang Beitian Church, and Wenchang Pavilion. Even the airport is only a 15-20 minute one-way trip, making it truly convenient, efficient, and accessible for business travelers. As a major tourist province, the hotel's clientele is roughly 50/50 between tourists and business travelers (based on observation of the breakfast crowd, this may not be entirely accurate). Many Hong Kong and Macau tour groups also choose to stay here. The elevator entrance features a thoughtful self-service station for bathroom and toiletries, a considerate detail that adds a touch of warmth. This time, I stayed in a 31-square-meter Deluxe View King Room, a corner layout with a great view; it can be considered a mini-open-plan suite. The air conditioning in the guest room was exceptionally strong, which truly surprised me. After all, among the major cities in Southwest China, besides Lhasa, Guiyang is the coldest place in early winter (Kunming, Chongqing, and Chengdu all have significantly or slightly higher temperatures at the same time). You really don't need to worry about shivering in the room, because the warm air is like a powerful, overwhelming wave, incredibly soothing and refreshing. The welcome gift for Diamond members included local specialties such as crispy pork cracklings and shredded potatoes; the welcome fruit platter was plentiful and exquisite. The flat-screen TV can rotate 360 degrees, but the screen mirroring function has a slight bug and isn't very user-friendly; I suggest fixing it. The towels shed a lot of lint (especially the bath towels), a common problem in newly opened hotels. The solution is simple: thoroughly wash the new linens several times before bringing them to the guest room. Despite being on a high floor (17th floor), the water pressure was excellent, strong and surging, whether in the smart toilet, shower, or washbasin—it was so comfortable. The complimentary mini-bar and refrigerator offer common soft drinks, and the foldable sofa bed can accommodate families traveling with multiple guests. Like the gym and laundry room, breakfast is also located on the rooftop (22nd floor), boasting stunning views. The menu is constantly changing, with almost no repetition: salad bar, sour fish soup, colorful cake rolls, bean and rice hot pot, Huaxi beef noodles, spicy chicken, spicy pork noodles, Changwang noodles, fruit bar, siwawa (a type of steamed bun), boiled eggs, rose-flavored ice jelly, fried eggs, rice tofu, braised pork, tofu balls, fried noodles, rice porridge, fried rice… Adding bagels would make it perfect (though the cost probably wouldn't be too high). Both the lobby and rooftop offer 24-hour complimentary freshly ground coffee from a partner brand—their coffee cups are of higher quality than 99% of the 3.0 version of Smart Choice (although still inferior to the 5.0 version of HIX), which is commendable. The hotel is located in the Qianling Mountain Park commercial area, which offers a wide variety of dining options, such as the nearby "Jiming Sansheng" roasted chicken/wings. There are two food delivery robots in the hotel lobby. If you're ordering takeout, I recommend "Danjia Crispy Duck" near the Normal University (actually, you can pick it up yourself if you don't order takeout, as it's right next to the hotel). #FeaturedHotel
