The service is warm and attentive, making the experience truly wonderful. The signature big plate chicken is tender and flavorful, the grilled fish is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, and the spicy flavor is satisfying. The various stir-fries are full of flavor and authentic. The handmade noodles are incredibly chewy and smooth, and the portions are generous. The rice is truly delicious! The rice is truly flavorful and fragrant! It's a great choice for gatherings with friends or family, and I highly recommend it!

Must-try their [Traditional Copper Hot Pot]: The broth is simmered for eight hours with beef bones. Paired with spare ribs and generous slices of pork belly, it's truly amazing! They also offer authentic Jincheng noodles with chewy noodles and a rich, savory broth! You won't find this flavor anywhere else! The biggest surprise was how authentically they made their rock-inspired "Big Plate Fried Chicken." The sauce was rich and the portions were impressive. All five of us couldn't finish them. The restaurant is open from noon until midnight, so a late-night grilled fish and beer are a real treat! For just over 30 yuan per person, you can get a whole flatbread—a real treat for students! I was completely blown away by the braised meat, noodles, and grilled fish. 📍Liuhe No. 1 (Haode Branch) 3385 Xihuan Road They specialize in Jincheng-style copper hot pot, big plate chicken, grilled fish, and various noodle soups. The broths are incredibly fresh, the meat is tender, and the portions are generous! They also sell a variety of southern Shanxi snacks. The atmosphere is down-to-earth and local, but you'll have to wait in line during mealtimes. I recommend going during off-peak hours! The most amazing thing is their big plate chicken, which is incredibly delicious and pairs perfectly with a pancake. It's served with freshly baked pancakes that you can break apart and enjoy with the soup. For just over 20 yuan per person, you'll be incredibly satisfied. After dinner, you can go shopping at the nearby Haode Market to digest your food.
