泰迪小熊Came here on January 11, 2025.
This restaurant is a local home-style restaurant on the Nantong Must-Eat List, and it was on the way back to Shanghai, so I naturally stopped by. It can be said that it is worth a visit.
As soon as I arrived at the store, the "old-fashioned" style decoration inside and outside the store made people feel immersed in the drama in a second. The whole store restored the street scene of Nantong in the 1980s, which was very old-fashioned.
The dishes on the menu are mostly based on Nantong's traditional classic home-style dishes. Of course, there are also many new cooking methods, and the taste is very delicious. The most impressive ones are the 99-second yellow croaker and the mountain spring water original juice clams, which just proves the saying that "good ingredients often only need simple cooking." Some other dishes are also very good. Nantong's dishes are very similar to Shanghai, but here you can taste the characteristics of Nantong.
The service of this restaurant is also very good. Although the store is busy, the waiters can still respond to customers' needs in the first time. You don't have to worry about parking when dining at this restaurant. There are plenty of parking spaces where the restaurant is located, and you can enjoy 3 hours of free parking when dining in the restaurant. Just take care of it at the cashier before leaving.

The environment and decoration are very good. Nantong specialties are worth a try. I will come again if I have the chance.

Nantong tourism really doesn't require much planning!! This article is all you need! Nantong in November is absolutely stunning!!! As a native Nantong resident, I've pulled out all the stops for my travel tips, including recommendations for must-sees and must-try attractions, and tips to avoid bad experiences at food and accommodation. Follow these tips for a worry-free and photogenic trip! 🌟Nantong Must-Visit List|Guaranteed Hit! ✅ Langshan Scenic Area: A "treasure landmark" in the hearts of Nantong locals, and one of the "Eight Lesser Famous Buddhist Mountains"! ✅ Haohe Scenic Area: Stroll along the riverbank during the day to see historical sites, and take a boat ride at night to admire the illuminated scenery. The old buildings on both banks reflect in the water, creating a truly immersive atmosphere. ✅ Nantong Museum: A must-visit cultural landmark! The Republican-era buildings in the park are also very photogenic; art lovers shouldn't miss it. ✅ Forest Wildlife Park: A perfect destination for families! You can drive up close to feed giraffes and see wild animals. Kids can have a blast all day, and adults will also find it fun. ✅ Nantong Underwater World: A perfect summer retreat and a great place for kids to learn about marine life! Various marine creatures are right up close, and there are occasional dolphin shows. ✅ Binjiang Park: A hidden gem of a riverside park known only to locals! 📌 Avoid These Places: Don't Waste Your Time ❌ Nantong Adventure Kingdom: The facilities are outdated and dilapidated, the attractions haven't been updated in years, and on holidays you have to wait an hour for 5 minutes of entertainment. The value for money is ridiculously low. ❌ Intercontinental Green Expo Park: Outrageously far! A long bus ride takes half a day, and the park's maintenance is poor. Except for a few plant exhibits, the rest is neglected. Skip it if you're short on time. ❌ Flower Town: Only worth visiting in spring when the flowers are in bloom. Otherwise, it's barren, and transportation is extremely inconvenient. Taking a taxi is expensive, so it's not worth the trip. ❌ City Green Valley: A supposedly "niche park" that turned out to be a disappointment! The lake water is murky, there's not much to see, and you're swarming with mosquitoes. A terrible experience. 🍜Local Delicacies|Authentic Flavors Hidden on the Streets 🔥 Nanhetong Food Stall Locals are willing to queue up for this authentic Shanghainese cuisine! You'll be stuffed for just 80+ RMB per person. Super close to Langshan Mountain, and free parking with your purchase – unbeatable value! ✨Must-try: 99-second yellow croaker (incredibly tender and fresh), Grandma's soy sauce steamed egg (I could eat two bowls of rice with this!) 🔥Chaozhou Rongji Fresh Beef Hot Pot The signature dish is beef, and the broth is the soul of the dish! Authentic Chaozhou flavor Besides the fresh beef broth, they also offer Chaozhou snacks like moon shrimp cakes, oyster omelets, and Puning dried tofu!
Nantong residents who didn't win a spot in the Scottish Premier League: "The Tongchao is also a fantastic venue!" Who understands, folks! The chances of winning tickets for the home game in the Scottish Premier League are so low 😭😭 Can't get a spot in the Scottish Premier League? Check out the Tongchao! Full name: "Nantong City Autumn Amateur Football League" It's got all the excitement and atmosphere! And it's much easier to get tickets!!! Crucially, you can even see some Scottish Premier League players in the Tongchao~ - 📍Nantong Yangtze River Sports Park Kuku watched two matches on Sunday👀: ✔️3:00 PM Haimen vs. Nantong Development Zone The two teams were incredibly different in strength, and in the end, Haimen defeated Development Zone 5-0🫣 Met Scottish Premier League players Zhang Haonan, Guo Kainan, Bao Dingming, Cai Tianlong, Guan Mingjian, and Wen Junxiu✌️ ✔️7:30 PM Hai'an vs. Rugao Although Hai'an ultimately lost 0-4 to Rugao, the Hai'an fans were incredibly supportive, cheering from the start to the end! The atmosphere was fantastic, thank you Hai'an fans! 🫡 Met Chen Zheng, the "big brother" of the Scottish Premier League Nantong team🤭 - There were no seats available for the 3:00 PM match, so everyone watched from the gaps between the railings. The enthusiastic Nantong fans packed the stadium😄 What a great atmosphere! Seats are available for the evening show at 7:30 PM. You need to register online by 5:30 PM to collect your tickets. Important! ‼ ️Online ticket registration guarantees your seat! You won't be able to collect your tickets if you're too far from the venue! While waiting for tickets, I sat on the lawn with my mom, enjoying the river breeze and watching the sunset—what a perfect weekend should be! I successfully collected my tickets at the right time and headed straight to the Nanhetong food stalls for lunch! I'm not willing to cook at home 🤫 Nanhetong is still very popular, and it's a place for authentic Nantong dining. "True Nan Brother" hhh, my mom and I had a simple meal, and the bill was under 100 yuan, which is great value for money 👍 Living in Nantong, I feel like happiness is nothing short of this 💕 #NantongTourism #TravelWithSuChao #NantongFood #WhereToWeekend #JiangsuZhejiangShanghaiNearbyTravel
