A treasure antique restaurant in a hidden alley near Quanzhou West Street. The old house is grand and elegant. From the layout of the yard and the photos on display, it can be seen that it was the location where the sister who participated in the filming of the sister who took part in the wind and waves was filmed. It is the name for Western-style buildings in the southern Fujian area. Bo Le Fanzi Building is a two-story Western-style building. The upstairs is basically an antique area for taking pictures. It is quite interesting to see the old objects used by the people of Quanzhou in the past. [Service Bell] Service: The service here is really good. Go to the West Street and Xiaoxicheng near the restaurant before going. 🍜Dishes: "Minnan Runbing" I ordered a small portion of 6 pancakes. The neighboring class took disposable gloves and helped me put them on. They instructed me to wrap the pancakes. First, take a pancake and spread it on the plate. 1. Sprinkle seaweed powder 2. Put some scallions 3. Put coriander 4. Put some crispy things I don't know what they are. 5. Use a spoon to mix the vegetables in the big bowl, put a spoonful on the pancake, and finally put a spoonful of peanut powder. Wrap the pancake and taste it slowly. This pancake tastes great. It is completely different from the pancakes I ate in the Northeast before. I feel that the Minnan ones are lighter and meet the current dietary needs. "Majiu Ginger Duck" A whole duck, stewed very soft, rudely tear the duck apart when eating, wrapped in a strong ginger-flavored juice, without the fishy smell of duck at all, ginger duck is really well-deserved. "Oyster Omelette" is also a famous dish in Minnan cuisine. The oysters are big, tender, clean and without mud and sand. They taste really good with sweet and spicy sauce. I remember I ordered a rice noodle dish of the same style as Xixi, but forgot to take a photo. The portion was quite large, with a lot of small seafood in it, and the soup was very fresh. Sitting in the yard to eat at night, listening to the Minnan dialect of the residents passing by on the street, although I couldn't understand it at all, I felt that I could get closer to the real life of the Minnan people. The light in the yard was a bit dim, and the dishes taken were dim. I hope the restaurant can add a little light.
