The Langham, Xintiandi, is a high-star hotel located in the most prosperous area of ​​Shanghai. The Triumph Restaurant is located in the lobby bar on the first floor of the hotel. The cream-colored chairs make the environment look grand and beautiful. Not many people come here during the holidays, so it's great to just have an ice cream there.

We went to the buffet, the supply was very rich, and once we found that any dish was out, we just had to tell the waiter and they would immediately replenish it. The steak, lamb chops, and prawn salad were all very delicious, and the Chinese dim sum tasted average.

TGIF, nothing is more fun than having dinner with friends after get off work on Friday. The buffet at Langham Hotel is on the first floor. Business is good, no wonder you have to make an appointment in advance. The place is not particularly large, but the style is there. Sit near the bar because there will be Akia's wonderful piano playing and singing performance after 7:30, which is absolutely worth it. The price is a little higher than usual from Sunday to Thursday, but it's okay. My favorite is naturally sashimi and cold food. So I like almost everything near me. Lobster sashimi, miso soup, add some tofu and seaweed, etc., it's good, very warm, and there are skewered prawns. I found that the shrimps at each stall are really unique. I took a lot of small blue dragons around the sashimi, which are very plump, paired with newly opened oysters, and a little wine, the cost performance is up. The sushi is all hand-held, which is much higher than the general hotel restaurant buffet. The quality is very plump, and the grilled salmon is the most delicious. There are several varieties, try each one, but don't stuff yourself too full. The huge shrimps and prawns on the side are attractive, fill a plate first. By the way, there are spicy crayfish in the hot dishes area, which are new seasonal products. If you like them, hurry up and get them, they are in great demand. In the baked area, there are beef and prawns grilled on the iron plate. The quality looks good, but I still prefer shrimps. The grilled shrimps are big, and I am really satisfied after eating 3 skewers. There are both Western and Chinese hot dishes. You can open the lid and have a little of what you like, but I prefer the curry in the last row. It reminds me of the two Indian meals I had in Siem Reap. The curry tastes quite good, and it is even better with some rice. The fish on the side is also very exciting, with a lot of meat. The soup is not only Cantonese-style soup, but also freshly made noodle soup, etc. The soup is fresh, but it is also a lighter type. After eating several plates, I was almost done. I had another stomach for dessert. There was a special area for desserts and ice cream. There were many varieties of ice cream. This time, I chose the refreshing matcha and lime ice cream. You can add toppings yourself and there are various jams. It’s especially good to pour some mango jam on the lime. The desserts are all very good-looking. I like the handmade puffs. They are small in size and have a strong taste, but not too sweet. There are also fruit tarts, tiramisu, and cheesecake. If you are a dessert lover, you will definitely feel like a mouse falling into a rice jar. Finally, a cup of coffee without sugar is just right. Enjoy the food and music. The hotel's homemade ice cream is rich and creamy, and I especially like chocolate and mango flavors. Now the hotel has group purchase prices, and the dishes at different group purchase prices are different. The varieties in the sashimi area are different every day, and sashimi is not unlimited. For example, the octopus will not be replenished after it is taken, and oysters are also based on luck, sometimes big, sometimes small. The overall environment is tall and grand, and the waiters are basically Shanghainese. You can go shopping in Xintiandi after eating.

The buffet restaurant is located on the first floor of Langham, and the transportation is quite convenient. Get off at Huangpi South Road Station on Metro Line 1, exit at Exit 2, walk along Madang Road, and walk to the first intersection. Needless to say, the restaurant environment is great. The lobby of a five-star hotel is also located in a place like Xintiandi. The service is also good. The dining area is very diligent in changing basins and adding drinks. I said that the Coke was flat, and the waiter immediately opened a new bottle of Coke. The waiter in charge of the cooking was also very proactive in service and introduced various things. The seafood is still very good. As soon as you enter, you can see all kinds of sashimi and sushi, followed by small blue dragon, Boston and king crab legs. I say it three times that it is important. It is king crab legs, king crab, king crab, king crab, not snow crab. The price and taste of these two types of crabs are very different. Snow crab is salty and much cheaper than king crab. King crab is more delicious. It is recommended to order half of each of small blue dragon and Boston lobster, and take more if it tastes good. The lobster is still quite fresh, tastes good, and the meat is slightly old. Sashimi, not my favorite Arctic scallop. I ordered some salmon, octopus and sweet shrimp. The salmon meat is very delicate and a little soft. The octopus meat is also soft, hard to bite, can only be swallowed. The snail meat is pretty good, but it is a bit troublesome to eat. The oysters are imported from France, freshly opened, very fresh, even someone like me who usually eats Japanese food and not oysters, ate three. Spanish Iberian ham is super good, with honeydew melon, it is delicious. I tried the Spanish Manchego cheese recommended by the waiter, and cut a slice of French must cheese, with soda crackers, it is also pretty good. There are not many things in the hot food area, beef and lamb chops, chicken, grilled oysters, grilled lobster, and some Southeast Asian dishes. I want to eat another round, but I really can't. The desserts of Langham are of relatively high specifications in the buffet. The appearance is acceptable. Tiramisu is good, beautiful and delicious. I got a strawberry and blueberry tart, which was a little better than I thought. I don't recommend blueberry cheese, it tastes a bit sour. The chocolate is not delicious. The ice cream is handmade, I got a chocolate ball, it tastes very good. In general, the seafood specifications are high among star-rated buffets. The desserts are also good, with many varieties and good appearance. The taste depends on personal taste and what you eat. There are fewer hot dishes. Don't compare it with Lily Fu. Lily Fu just has more varieties. Except that the hot dishes and soups are better than Langting, there is no comparison.
