这次到武汉打卡了两家美食圈认证的高级餐厅，一家老字号和一家新晋网红景观餐厅，综合来说粗茶淡饭是最好的一家了。地段好，距离黎黄陂路和江滩公园都很近，有自己的停车场，免费停4小时，吃完饭还能周边转转。菜品都很可口，但湖北菜的特色不突出，主要是用了一些本地食材，烹饪方式算是比较融合系的，所以就比较欠缺辨识度，一顿饭下来反而没有什么记忆点。两个人点了一个980+的套餐，性价比很高，吃都吃不完，关于菜单的设计提两个建议。一个是五福拼盘，除了樱桃鹅肝酱是双数，其他都是单数，作为双人套餐非常不合宜，建议蔬菜沙拉去掉，五福每样四件，而且最好是每人一个容器。另一个是点心，建议一个干点一个湿点，现在咸点和甜点都是带汤水的，搭配不太合理。另，餐后糖水甜度过低，建议上菜的时候搭配一份蜂蜜水或者桂花蜜，毕竟每个人口味不一样，就我而言，过于追求健康索性就别吃甜食了，如此寡淡的糖水还有什么意义呢。不过服务员的反应很专业，不仅马上拿来了蜂蜜和白糖，还送了一份餐厅自制的小甜食，看得出餐厅还是有服务意识，且懂得投其所好的。整个用餐过程，服务员还是表现的比较专业的，待人接物各方面也基本做到了礼貌周到，不卑不亢。但在上菜顺序和节奏方面距离高级餐厅还有一定距离，要做到根据菜式口味梯度上菜，观察客人用餐节奏出菜，确实不是一件容易的事情。本来吃完饭想去巴公房子那儿拍拍照，但来的时候看见里里外外的商拍，索性吃完饭就留在餐厅拍了几张照片。粗茶淡饭还是曾经的俄国领事馆，这栋房子建于1902年，现在看也还挺漂亮的，百叶窗、复古楼梯、钢琴都很出片。

I went there at 7 o&#39;clock on a certain day during the National Day holiday. I didn&#39;t need to wait for a table, but I had to wait for the food. The food tasted great. I felt very hungry when the barbecue came up. There were basically no minefields, but I had to eat it while it was hot. It wouldn&#39;t taste so good when it was cold. The ice jelly was very unique, delicious, and refreshing. I recommend it.

I didn&#39;t expect that Dehualou also opened a branch in Jiqing Street, Hankou. After work on a weekday, I finished my business nearby and came here to eat something. It&#39;s quite big inside and the environment looks clean. There are quite a few people eating on site. I thought it was mainly open in the morning, but I didn&#39;t expect the business hours to last for a long time.

I took a quick look at the menu and finally chose a bowl of soup noodles. It feels like I haven&#39;t eaten it for a long time. This is the soup made from fish bones. It tastes quite sticky and the taste is a little light. The fishy smell is not very strong. You can add some peppers appropriately. The portion is quite large and the price is not very expensive.
