Otome Sushi

I made a reservation in advance this year. At five o'clock in the evening, I took the bus from Kanazawa Station to Katamachi Station, which is a short walk away. Note that the bus stop locations for different routes are different. The time I came at noon was directly facing the general. Someone probably canceled it temporarily... The evening meal includes wine and food (sushi is also optional). The ones I remember include flounder, amberjack, cuttlefish, bonito, box crab, crab kuroshu, black throat, and sushi includes Botan Ebi, Nakato, crab legs, cloud dandruff... and added Otoko.

This one is really popular. I didn’t expect that such a small sushi restaurant could attract so many tourists to come and taste it. They must have made reservations in advance. It is said that all the ingredients for the sushi here are from Hokkaido and are very fresh.

This restaurant can only be opened by reservation, and it seems that there are three days a week when it is closed for dinner, so everyone must make reservations in advance. It is really popular, and the food is very delicious and exquisite.

This is probably a typical small and exquisite restaurant, the environment is very beautiful, it is a very traditional Japanese environment. The sushi inside is so exquisite, every sushi feels that her technique is very good, and the ingredients used are very good.

I think this is the best sushi here. It has a small storefront and not very big inside, so you must make a reservation in advance. The sushi is very good, and I like the view of the small courtyard.
