We hadn't heard of the bistro, even though we were local. The cuisine was refined, beautifully presented, the service discreet and impeccable, and the value for money was excellent. Bravo and thank you, we'll be back.

Welcome, service, and quality of the meal were all very good. Be careful with the Aubrac beef, which was very average. Bravo to the kitchen!

A wonderful discovery. The dishes we tasted were of the highest quality, refined, original, and each one more delicious than the last. The service and setting were also very pleasant. We highly recommend it and will happily return.

We always have a great time at the Bistro Gourmand with an excellent meal. An exceptional mushroom starter. A small downside, however, is that we would have liked the waiter to present the dishes... But always a very warm welcome...
