This Restaurant is one of the Best I have been for Sushi.The attention of Ventura and Daglas serving the meals and the Chefs Jeoy and Jorge that have put so much love and perfection in their dishes.For sure I will visit again!

Amaizing place, nuce atmosphere, scallop and wagyu nigiris are the best. Staff very kind and welcoming, especially Ventura :)

All the food was fantastic, tasty and fresh. The staff were attentive and so polite. Everything was presented so nicely. Would highly recommend and go back anytime

Best restaurant by far that we visited on our holiday. Highly recommend. Excellent service and outstanding food quality and taste.

Absolutely wonderful. Perfectly cooked duck and pork on our table and lovely fresh sushi rolls. Delicious. Gorgeous setting and attentive service.

Experienced Melrose&rsquo;s twice in our last trip and on both visits we were looked after so well we couldn&rsquo;t possibly not visit again on this trip. Since visiting the menu has vastly improved and we took advantage and ordered items we had never had and they were delightful. The whole visit was excellent from start to finish and we are booking again so we can try more different things.The staff are lovely and so quick and attentive. Defo worth a visit if you&rsquo;re reading this and considering the place.

Second time here, fantastic service and assistance with gluten free items. We had a specially made vegetarian &amp; gluten free sushi starter. Staff were amazing.

We have previously eaten in this restaurant and the standards have never dropped. The food is delicious and well presented. The reason I have only given the ambience 4 stars is due to our table being adjacent to the bar and all we saw regularly was a collection of used glasses being placed on the bar and although the restaurants was busy that evening I believe these glasses should have been cleared from the bar in a more efficient manner. That being said I will revisit this restaurant the next time I visit Las Americas.

Service and majority of the food and wine was excellent.  The only thing that stopped it getting 10/10 was that the steak dish was not edible. The meat was very chewy. Non of our party ate it.
