I stayed at a hotel nearby and the front desk recommended this place, so I came here. Spanish people eat really late. When I got here at 9:30, it was still not full, but when I left at 11 o&#39;clock, it was full. I ordered a Navarra sausage and a lobster risotto, which were really delicious. It was a pity that I was a little sleepy later and didn&#39;t have dessert. This restaurant claims to serve Basque cuisine, which is worth a try.

住在附近的一个酒店，前台推荐这里，所以就过来了。西班牙人吃饭真是晚，9点半到这里的时候还没坐满，11点走的时候居然座无虚席。点了一个纳瓦拉香肠，一个龙虾烩饭，真的好好吃。只可惜后来实在有点困，没有吃甜点。这家餐厅号称是巴斯克菜，非常值得一试。

On arrival, the hotel foyer is not very impressive,  but this restaurant (at the back) is a delight. Very friendly service &amp; and exciting, innovative menu of Asian influenced, Spanish dishes.

The waiter was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. I found the ambiance a little too noisy, like most restaurants, but this is a minor personal preference. I very much enjoyed dining here. The menu is online, accessible on my mobile phone, a feature I love. The waiter was superb, a credit to the restaurant.

My friend said that he must try this special food when he came to Spain~

The place is a typical bar, small and cute, yet modern and cozy. The manager is super friendly and attentive. The dishes are traditional, flavorful, and served in reasonable quantities. We initially ordered two, but it was a bit small. For two people, we ordered three portions: eggplant chips with honey, truffled fried eggs, and scrambled eggs with blood sausage. They seated us in a small room that leads to the small kitchen, close to another table. It&#39;s true that there wasn&#39;t much more space, but the distance was more or less adequate.

Amazing place with amazing food and extra service as always! Will definitely come back next time in Madrid!
